Connection Error
Can no longer sign in to app just gives a connection error even though I am online making the app useless.

For month I just get a connection error when trying to login even though I’m obviously online

Can’t log in. It continues to give me an error.
Unusable
Last few seasons the app has worked great, making it very easy and simple to check permits (the actual site is a nightmare) and also to telecheck deer versus using the phone system. Now, as other reviews have noted, when signing in there is an error every time that states to check my internet connectivity and try again. Changing networks, reinstalling the app, nothing works. What was once an indispensable tool is now functionally useless.

Used to be a great app seems to no longer work. Have to manage my permits through my computer now.

I’ve deleted the app twice like Jeff city said too once I realized it’s not working. And it just says to check my internet connection
Was amazing
Was nearly a perfect app, could have all your permits directly at your fingertips, but now you can’t even login. Stuck in an endless loop of check connection. Would give 0 stars if I could, you would think with the mo conservative department being so well funded they would have fixed this issue in a timely manner. Can’t trust gov officials or employees to do anything these days unfortunately.

Locked out
Have used the app for years with no issue, but then the day before firearm season I bought my tag and went to check on the app, and it never showed. So I then did what the app told me to in the situation and logged out just to not be able to log back in
Sign in Bug Causes Issues
This app was nice and convenient, but with the latest update I can’t log into my account anymore. Every time I try to do so I get an error message stating I need to login again and it just takes me to the main screen (resulting in an endless loop).

Need to fix issue of no network connectivity. I’ve tried via WiFi and cellular, none of which work. Reinstalled and nothing. Very frustrating.
Buggy, have to keep downloading app
Every time I purchase tags, I have to delete app, and down load again…been using it for five years, same every season, needs fixing…

I used this last year and it was fine. Go to purchase permits and license and the app tells me to contact technical support. Clicked the link for technical support and the page isn’t available
Horrible app
This app is horrible ever since the update you can’t log into the app, I have tried multiple times and no luck. If they want us to use this app then perhaps making a functional app would be beneficial.
Landowners permits
Does not work well on Apple devices. Have spent hours trying to get through the reCaptcha; Constantly have to reenter all my information. Have sent several emails to site administrators; got a response two days later at 9:47 pm asking if I needed assistance. OMG! I’m caught in time loop. I’ve even deleted the app, reinstalled it, rebooted my devices. Don’t waste your time and energy!

Frustrating with only cellular data
App crashes more often than not. It will not allow me to access using only cellular data most of the time. This is upsetting seeing how the main firearms rifle season is less than 2 weeks out.
I was unable to figure out how to print my permits and went to a WalMart to get them in printed form. Was told I’d be charged $2/permit for landowner printed permits.

App NOT WORKING anymore
This app has been great, up until most recent update. Now I can’t even get into the app!! I’ve tried everything down to uninstalling app and reinstalling. This needs fixed ASAP.
New update bugs
This has been a very convenient app that I not only use for reference but also to purchase tags and permits, as well as register my deer. But since this new update I can no longer use the app. When I try to log in the app gives me an error screen and tells me to check my internet connectivity. I never used to have this problem before the update. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that didn’t help. Would really love to see this app back up and running smoothly before deer season really gets going!
