its great until u actually have to get somewhere or you get outta school earlier than most n they wont let u on or the fact that they can pick up a max of like 9 people but pick up 1 so it takes hours to get a ride

Such a convenient way to get around town. Every driver I’ve had has been friendly. The van is always clean. The app is easy to use. Highly recommend!

We were in Moab for 6 days, I don't drive, and unfortunately there is no Uber or Lyft in the City, the first days were terrible, walking with the temperatures so high, we are very grateful for their service.
NOT RELIABLE!!
It may be quick going one way, but return trip is a guess as to if/when it will arrive. The app is unreliable and keeps crashing.
Trapped
Came to Moab for an emergency tire replacement for a friend. MAT wait to downtown was 10 minutes, fair for location and it was free. Challenge was getting back. Two hour wait initially, left us outside and exposed to 95 deg heat. All the ride share services are out of business because MAT funded by tax dollars but them out of business. Don’t come to Moab without transportation.

Our vehicle broke down and our hotel was on the north end of town without this service. It would’ve cost of a fortune in taxi service to go back-and-forth for restaurants and shopping lovely service, lovely personnel and what a wonderful app.

App is great! A bit more info about the buses that run a loop vs. the ones on demand would be helpful, otherwise I’m very happy with it. Also, being able to schedule a pickup for a general time would be nice.
