Would have given 5 stars BUT!!!!
The App was working great until I renewed it. Now I can’t use the app because a message pops up saying that my subscription has run out with a button on the bottom that says renew when I push it a message pops saying that my subscription is good until May 29 2021. I would have given 5 stars and still might if they fix this glitch.
They fixed the issue with the app so Thanks for the patch and look for the update!
Back to the renew box popping up all the time can’t use the app.

Greetings, we have found a bug that has to do with IOS 13 updates. If you hit renew twice this will allow you to use the app. We are currently releasing a fix for this and it will be released as an update in the next few days. Sorry for the issue. if you need support please contact gps@mobarmor.com
This app is garbage!
I paid for a one year subscription and every time I open the app it asks for renewal even though I have 10 months remaining. Mob armor customer service just blames apple and apple blames mob armor! Don’t waist your money!

Bought everything GPS related from Mob Armor, had a lot of questions before buying, Cody was quick and super responsive to all of my questions.
Was missing a piece after assembling my system, exchanged a few emails with Cody which involved him sending me a picture of the missing part, next thing you know I have an email from Shannon saying my part will be in my hands in 2 days!

User friendly reliable.
This is an amazing desert type gps system. Ran it during the 2019 Baja 1k with no issues. They are on the spot when issues arise. The main thing to note is if you use out of service range you need to go thorough and zoom into your course to down load it. The marking system is on point for turns and danger etc. Its a great system that is professional level but just as obtainable to the little guys racing such as me. #staymobbinmyfriends

AWESOME APP
Been using the app for our off-road race program and it has been amazing. Some of the NEW added features have made a huge difference and for the money it is by far a great investment. Thank you MOBARMOR for making a great navigation app 👍 We have also used it when we go out to play in the desert and having a program that you can use to race and have fun with has been a bonus. Can’t wait to see some more improvements in the future!

BEYOND AWESOME
So having compared this off-road style navigation and gps to other name brands that offer similar functions this one hands down is so much more user friendly then any of the others. Having the capabilities to run with cell/WiFi service or without makes it that much better. Having major area files available for more details that others have shared and waypoints again makes it so much better. The interface is simple, clean, well labeled, and tracks your very path very closely where others have wandered off your beaten path so to say. I just recently used this up in Yosemite valley and am very impressed with how well it kept up with my travels and how clean and clear the map was the entire time. Highly recommended and will continue to use on every trip.

Great NEW Features!!!!!
The Mob Armor GPS new features really help make this a complete product. I don’t race but just being able to take it out on the weekend and record/save my tracks without data, it worked really well! Using the free trial now but I will no doubt be purchasing it moving forward.
Worth Every Penny!
This app is well worth the money! You can use it with or without WiFi/Data service. I’ve messed around with other more expensive apps. The customer service was horrible on the other apps and they were very difficult to understand. This app is simple. No need for a Lowrance when you use this app! Plus you literally have a tablet after your done to use for anything else. Mob Armor also had special GPX files that loaded into my app with the click of a button. It had all the famous/camping spots for Glamis & Ocotillo Wells which will help me a lot this year at Camp RZR. Thank you Mob Armor for making a great app!

Great Offline Tracking
I was impressed how you can offline maps. It’s best to use WiFi and have strong cell signal. Before you go riding zoom into the area you are planning on riding and it saves the satellite map tiles.. I did have some issues with internal GPS receiver sometimes on my phone but that is standard with other apps too since the internal receivers are not always accurate. Use a external Dual GPS receiver and works incredible. Can’t wait to see other future features.

Racing
Raced the district 38 Utv race last weekend with this app. I must say I was pleasantly surprise. Had really no issues with it. I also have the mob armor mounts that worked flawlessly. Thx guys for the great product!!!
Awesome app
Recommend this for anyone racers or just people going out and playing,we have used this for two seasons of racing desert Offroad and I absolutely love it gets us through the dust when we can’t see
Easy to use
Love how easy and how well this app works, doesn’t need cell signal to track or bring up other tracks, also you can leave markers of your favorite destinations!

It’s awesome to finally see an app that allows you to track, share, or upload any GPX file you can find, or make. When you know how to use this app it’s amazing! It’s also easier than other apps out there and priced wayyy better for everything you get. The people who left bad reviews must have not fully understood how to use it. You have to use the Dual SkyPro XGPS 160 in order for the tracking to work probably. Used it for racing and for my weekend adventures in Ocotillo and Glamis. Very nice app!

New update makes a great app even better!
I really love the new features on the most recent update! Great app for racing, or simply riding on the weekends with your buddies. I can track my own trails to make sure I never get lost, or upload other trails I’ve never been on to make sure I know where I’m going! This app has definitely helped get us back to camp in Glamis more than once 🤘🏼

I'd like to see full support for the metric system. At the moment there is a mix of SI and imperial units. The map scale is still in miles, distance accuracy in feet. The link under Map options->"to download gpx files go to" is broken. Gives just an "r".
Also, in the upper left corner theri is a logo and the company name which takes far too much screen space in an an iPhone. It would be better to assign the role of menu to that and delete the menu on the right hand side as redundant. The white translucent bar at the top is unnecessary. It doesn't add any value. Remember, the map is the star of this show, don't hide it.
There is no need to have the speed value so bigger than the number next to it. It'll make for a cleaner look.
Put the map scale somewhere at the bottom, and perhaps assign it a numerical zoom level in addition to distance.
The quality of gps signal could be merged with the centring button.
Is there a reason why the access to routes and tracks is blocked while the tracking is active? It would be nice to have an option to quickly compare present and past tracks in an overlay.
The statistics of the tracks could be richer. There are just a few basic values. Perhaps cache a small map, or display a graph of speed vs time or distance. Or changes in altitude. I can think of at list 20 other interesting values that could be extracted from data.
Exports to Google Earth and other formats should be added. Also, it needs track backup to iCloud or local phone storage.

Decent GPS
This app is about what you can expect for a $10 gps app, it only works about 30% of the time. In open desert riding it’s been pretty solid tracking my rides but anytime I’m even close to tree cover the gps stops tracking. The most irritating part about this app is that I heard about it from the creators at the King of the Hammers and they were personally advertising it as comparable if not easier than Lead Nav, that it completely false. Basically if your looking for a relatively cheap app to try and track a ride this may work but don’t expect much.

We recommend using a DUAL GPS receiver instead of the internal GPS receiver on a phone/ipad. The Dual is much more accurate. It is used in aviation so the ping rate is ten times the rate found on a phone/ipad.

The app doesn’t work... Don’t download. Asked for a credit vendor has not replied. Shows the speed but doesn’t log the miles driven.
