Lost all my progress from new update
Literally just lost all my progress after an update today on 7/23/26. I haven’t spent a lot of money, but I have spent some. Super irritated and would like a refund if my progress cannot be restored. This is BS. I will not start over and I will tell everyone to avoid this game unless something can be done to restore my progress. Disappointing.

This is a very fun and enjoyable game! However, the sheer volume of ads for other games completely destroys the experience! I made a purchase which was suppose to cancel ads but I still received a ridiculous amount of ads. The sheer amount of videos about other games is also intolerable, it completely ruins what would be a great game! I get that ads are a revenue source but can we at least do it reasonably, you know like once every 3 battles or some type of set pattern. Does it have to be after EVERY SINGLE ACTION chosen!!! If it wasn’t for the sheer volume of video ads I would have given this a 5 star rating

Where’s my Account?!!
I played this game for about four months and got my base fully maxed up. My main fighting crew, Bear, Normie, and the Flamethrower and so on were at a 96. I only paid for skip its and nothing else. I had over 8.7 BILLIONcoins. I loved this game! Then one day it’s all gone!! It’s been about a week now and support is too busy to support. Since I’ve lost my account I had thought about it and realized that I don’t need this game. I’ve played it way too much anyway. It’s too fun. Any other time I would give this a 5star but since my account was wiped out with all the time I’ve spent playing day and night it’s not happening.
