Server crash
I would like to report an issue regarding the India server. Recently, many players from India have been experiencing unusually high ping and unstable gameplay, even with a stable internet connection. It seems that we are not being connected to the correct server or there may be an issue with server routing.
This has made ranked matches and normal games very difficult to play due to constant lag and delayed responses. We kindly request that you investigate the India server and fix the routing or matchmaking so Indian players can connect to the proper server with normal ping.

Game bug
Even with a stable and fast internet connection, the game keeps lagging during matches. It happens randomly, so it seems like a bug or optimization issue rather than a network problem. The worst part is that it's not just a short lag spike it stays at 120–200 ms throughout the entire match. This causes constant skill delays, delayed movement, and makes the game almost unplayable. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible because it's seriously affecting the gameplay experience.

Better than other MoBAs but…
Definitely better than other mobas like HOK (i play both and HOk has AI team and enemies in ranked games )
But this one has serious issues with network and using cheap server for indian users. So much lags in ranked games , sudden freeze. Also they mute you even if someone falsely reports against you . Hey talking abusing is normal human thing , if you mute us how do we know we r playing with/against AI or human ? I understand you want to create safe space but if someone has problems they can mute themselves but why would you mute me for 3 days . This is unfair

No transparency
I’ve noticed that some heroes seem to be nerfed without any mention in the patch notes. If a hero is changed, players deserve to know about it. Hidden adjustments only create confusion and make it difficult to understand whether a hero’s performance has actually changed or not.
What frustrates me even more is when these heroes later receive a “buff.” In many cases, it doesn’t feel like an actual buff, it feels like they’re simply getting back what they originally had. Restoring a hero to their previous state is not the same as making them stronger.
Whether these changes are intentional or not, Moonton should be transparent about all hero adjustments. Players shouldn’t have to guess what was changed after every update.

I’ve been playing Moba Legends for a long time and it’s one of the most addictive MOBA games I’ve tried. The matches are fast, the heroes are fun to learn, and there’s always something new to improve. Teamwork and strategy make every game exciting. The graphics are great, controls are smooth, and playing with friends is a lot of fun. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys competitive mobile games! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bots in ranked games
Sad to see a game with such a vast player base introduce bots in mythic and above ranked games.
I’m not shooting in the dark when I say that I’m convinced that my teammates are bots, which is sometimes but not always. I test this theory by trying to chat to them (sometimes players are muted so they can’t chat but bots responses are very telegraphed)
Also best way to test it is to press surrender. Human players take time to respond to the surrender request and press the buttons at different times. Bots usually surrender all at once. And this has happened multiple times in mythic ranked games. Absolutely horrible experience. Don’t download this fraud game. Get the original MLBB.

I’ve been playing Mobile Legends for the past week and honestly it’s been really fun. The graphics are smooth, the matches are exciting, and there are so many heroes to try with different abilities and play styles. I also like how fast the matchmaking is, so you can quickly jump into a game anytime. Sometimes teammates can be a bit random, but overall the experience has been enjoyable and addictive. Definitely a great game for anyone who loves competitive mobile gaming.

About bot teammates
So the thing is I get matched with bots, it can happen in both teams, but the fact is those bots usually picks Amon and Minotaur, so if we try to play jungle or roam, we can’t because these bots never change their heroes and spell, these bots are pros most of the time we can’t compete with them as if they’re global 1 players, these bots have very less profile likes like 10 to 20, they always have valentina season skin on their collection profile, they have very high matches like 2k+ with 60+ winrate and high mmr between 6k to 10k, Amon is their first hero following minotaur, I’m thinking to quit this game because its very unfair to get matches with these bots even in classic matches when you just wanna chill but win too but these tryhard bots ruin our game.

I started playing the game around 7-8 months ago and i recently reached immortal but after that it’s like my downfall has begun. I always get matched up with bad teammates and within a week now my rank has dropped down to 74 …. Like how is it possible that i don’t win even once no matter how hard i try…… I’m almost on the verge of deleting my most favourite game which has made me fall more into depression now…… like I’m so done …. Plus my network is always lagging in the game but if i watch Netflix or instagram then my network is working fine i don’t know why am i having problem only in the game….. i started the game to cope up with a lot of things I’m going through but this game has made it worse for me now…. Is there anything good i can expect from this game apart from making me lose all my hard earned stars just because i have been paired up with the worst teammates? Is there anything moontoon can do for me ? Or i should just go and delete the game forever and move on ?

Worst gaming experience.
If you are a solo player , I recommend you guys not to play this game , play if you want to ruin your mental health , this game is not what it was years before it has the worst looped matchmaking, for example if you win 3 matches in a row the games matchmaking will automatically make you lose 3 games , this game only cares about making money doesn’t care about it’s players no more , I genuinely hate this game , if I could give it a -0 start I would , I bet this feedback will be hidden because the developers don’t have the guts to post this out , done with this game and gonna uninstall after this feedback .

Dark System Game.
This game is having too much dark system. Even MLBB involved in it by own. This game has no match making sense. If a player won 2-3 matches consecutively then in the next match making the teammates will come who don’t even know how to choose lanes or heroes. MLBB match making needs to be improved. Match making should not only on Rank based. Atleast if a player playing solo or with a team of 2-3 players then match making algorithm should read player levels or achievements for their own team. Otherwise due to this dark system, no player can sustain their patience. We are here to play and enjoy games not to lose every matches just because of random teammates those who don’t to play but reached at higher ranks. The algorithm needs to be improved.

Before installing, one should know about the dark system of this game. It’s horrible. I’ve been playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang for quite some time, and while the core gameplay is exciting, the matchmaking system is honestly one of the most frustrating I’ve experienced in any competitive MOBA.
The biggest issue is the extreme imbalance in team composition. You often get matched with players who clearly don’t belong in the same rank bracket — either far below the skill level or sometimes suspiciously above it on the enemy side. It creates matches that feel predetermined rather than competitive. Instead of a fair 5v5 battle, many games turn into one-sided stomps.
Another problem is role distribution. Even in ranked mode, you frequently end up with multiple players fighting for the same role, no proper tank, no jungle coordination, or teammates who ignore draft strategy entirely. Meanwhile, the opposing team somehow gets perfect synergy. It makes the matchmaking feel inconsistent and poorly optimized.
Win–loss streak patterns also feel questionable. After a strong win streak, you suddenly get placed into a series of extremely difficult matches with underperforming teammates, which makes progression feel artificially controlled rather than skill-based.
The sad part is that the gameplay mechanics, heroes, and fast-paced action are genuinely fun. But the matchmaking system drains the enjoyment by creating frustration instead of fair competition. If the developers focused on improving rank balance, role matching, and performance-based pairing, the game would be far more satisfying.
Until then, the matchmaking remains the most disappointing part of an otherwise great game.

Pathetic service, there are so many worst player who intentionally make you loose matches and you cant do anything about them . The report section fake and its like not help-full at all . Try to learn something from riot games you pathetic devs . Horrible experience. Doesn’t matter how good you play if your teammates are feeders (intentionally remains afk or steal buffs and golds and exp) you cannot win the match and luckily it happens in every match , every single match . We play games to get some relive form stress but this games matchmaking system is horrible. Dark System
I have been playing this game for a while now (in a diff server earlier as it was not available in India) and has comfortably reached mythic. But now in this Indian server it is impossible to even go beyond epic without tearing my hair off my head in frustration. My teammates are hell bend feeding enemy team. They dont even know the basic of the game and seems like they are desperate to feed. Our inhibitor turrets are dead even before Lord appears. I am soo done with this and cannot waste my time and money on such a game anymore. Many of my friends have quit this game recently due to this dark system, and I feel sad to give up too. I’ve been playing this game since 2017 through lag, balance patches, and enough hero reworks to qualify for PTSD. It used to be fun. The teams made sense. Winning actually felt earned.
But the moment you climb from Epic to Legend, it’s like the matchmaking algorithm lights up something questionable, leans back, and says, “Let’s see how much pain you can handle today.” Suddenly, my teammates are exploring the jungle like it’s a sightseeing tour, tower diving 1v5, or AFK-ing mid-lane to “meditate.”
Every match feels like the system personally handpicks a collection of philosophers who came here to think about victory rather than achieve it. It’s not just bad luck it’s performance art.
And yet, here I am loyal since 2017, clinging to hope and caffeine. I really wanted to give this game 5 stars for nostalgia and the memories… but the matchmaking chaos, emotional damage, and daily existential crisis earn it a glorious 2 star.
At this point, I’m not playing the game the game’s playing me.

Worst MM and support system
Getting matched with players who have no sense of playing the game even on high ranks games. Brain dead people playing having no idea of what their role has to do. Roaming players pick heroes that are not even support heroes, instead of support they will keep dying to the enemy gold lane hero and then they expect you to kill them and win the game. If you fail to win they will report you and game system will ban you and if I do the same like report the support game system will never ban them.
Even tho they will be having almost same score and less farm or more deaths. Game system will ban you because you’re gold laner and you thought of farming to get better items instead of fighting with no farm and keep dying useless creatures.

Complaining About AI computer teammates
Since i have been playing this mobile legend for many years but what i see in moba 5v5 is that you get computer real ai team and opponent computer 2 why is that?? And after update this game has not optimise the game so to many bugs in game ? And where are the real player? Since i am a solo player i used to play with randoms but after seeing computer and my mind just blew up and even they have own clan does ai (computer)also have clan wth?? I’ve loved Mobile Legends for a long time, but right now the matchmaking is a complete disaster.
How can you possibly allow players to pick Marksman as Roam, Marksman as EXP, Marksman as Jungle, and even Marksman as Mid? It completely destroys team balance and ruins the game before it even starts.
In just the last two days, I climbed from Grandmaster to Legend, and I swear almost every single match had a troll like this. And the worst part? Reporting is useless—the system always says “no violations found.” Seriously? One selfish player ruins the entire game and the report system acts blind.
And let’s be honest—it’s impossible. I know you’ll never actually ban them. But at the very least, if these players want to troll, then match them with other trolls on both their team and the enemy team. Let them suffer the same chaos they create for others.
You already have data on every player—how they play, what roles they pick. That’s the same data you use to lower our credit score when we “advise” teammates and then mute us, right? So why not use it to protect normal players instead of punishing the wrong people?
Fix this mess.
• If someone is assigned Roam, lock them to Roam heroes only.
• Start punishing trolls and intentional role abusers instead of protecting them.
• Make matchmaking fair instead of throwing random broken teams together.
