Not good for solo players the dev did not mentioned it anywhere but this game is not good for solo players you will get bot in your team more then real players dev had anything with solo players so this will literally ruin your mental health because it will give you max 2 game of real players after or before that they will assign bots in your team after epic not that many bot lobby in epic then in legend you think that it will give you good players if you keep playing but no it will just show you that you will get good players but you will not just giving bot lobby one after another so I am telling you this again this game is not for solo players the dev have forgot to mention it or they don’t want you to know but only play this game if you have a squad or else no matter what it will give you bot lobby after epic’s in most of the matches

I hate the bugs
Hello Mobile Legends Support, the game is good but the customer support is trash 😡 …my acc was banned ..I am not requesting an appeal for my banned account. The issue is I accidentally logged into that banned account once using Sign in with Apple. Since then, every time I launch the game, it automatically logs into that banned account before I can switch accounts. I get the message, ‘Your account has been banned. Reason: using plug-in apps.’ I can tap Help or OK, but OK just closes the game. I’m not trying to appeal that banned account. The problem is I have another legitimate account linked to Google. But now I can’t access it because the banned account auto loads and blocks switching. Can you please help unlink this device from that banned account so I can sign in with my Google-linked account instead?

Irritating
I have over 6,000 matches and have been playing MLBB since 2019, back when Badang was first introduced. But the current matchmaking system is extremely frustrating. I’m constantly getting matched with players who have fewer than 1,000 matches, even in Legend rank. The old version of MLBB had much better matchmaking and felt much more balanced. After the game returned following the ban, the matchmaking seems to have become significantly worse. Please improve the matchmaking system and consider players’ experience, match history, and skill level when creating teams. The current system is making the game unnecessarily frustrating for long-time players.

Server crash
I would like to report an issue regarding the India server. Recently, many players from India have been experiencing unusually high ping and unstable gameplay, even with a stable internet connection. It seems that we are not being connected to the correct server or there may be an issue with server routing.
This has made ranked matches and normal games very difficult to play due to constant lag and delayed responses. We kindly request that you investigate the India server and fix the routing or matchmaking so Indian players can connect to the proper server with normal ping.

Game bug
Even with a stable and fast internet connection, the game keeps lagging during matches. It happens randomly, so it seems like a bug or optimization issue rather than a network problem. The worst part is that it's not just a short lag spike it stays at 120–200 ms throughout the entire match. This causes constant skill delays, delayed movement, and makes the game almost unplayable. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible because it's seriously affecting the gameplay experience.
