Hi Wim Van Thielen, price is subjective therefore we wouldn’t be able to argue with you. Our system offers optional module and you could choose only what you would like to purchase. We think a starting price of $10/month is one of the more affordable ones in the market. As for support, we replied to each of your message and review, offered technical support as well. Not too sure why are you saying our support is subpar. We strive to improve the system each and everyday, please let us know how we can improve. Thanks for your feedback.
