The app is easy to use, I have two cameras already & I have had no issues at all! I like how I can also shop through the app & see my kids all on the same platform!

Unsat
Device worked as advertised for a while. I dispensed multiple doses before an outing and the ability to do that disappeared. It also shows a dose ahead is ready while the segment under the closure slider is empty. If you’re not going to publish a HELP or CONTACT US link in the app, I would seriously advise you to allow the patient to manually go in and change where you are in the cycle, i,e 1 just got dispensed now ready to pre dispense 2 and so on. The workaround is to manually unlock/open the cover,lift and rotate to the desired dose, close the cover to dispense, then rinse and repeat until you have your doses needed. Devices such as this are for some, the only way to their mandatory doses of meds. You can imagine when a disabled veteran misses their PTSD meds. It’s not pretty!

I have had the MOBI cameras for a couple of years. The let me check on my dogs to see how the are doing throughout the day. The app has a lot of information on how to use the product. You just have to search around to find it. You can turn on night vision and also record video. I would recommend.

Garbage app
Camera picture quality is great for what you pay but it has its drawbacks. Every time you switch to another app and then try to view your camera again. It fails to load and you have to close out the Mobi app entirely to view. Not so great when trying to watch your baby. You get what you pay for.

Why bother??
I bought the EarCam Otoscope in order to address inner ear wax. Given the utter frustration that the setup has caused, I’ve decided that it’s easier and less painful of an endeavor to simply cutoff both ears.

Camera quality is great functionality is not
I’ve never left a review but I have to to save moms and the only reason it isn’t 1 star is because I still use it and the camera and sound is good. However the bug is so bad and is not fixed. I have to swipe out of the app multiple times and wait for the camera to pop back up after every single time I look at the camera. I won’t know when he wakes up sometimes because he will have to belt a cry out to get me to come in when I’m asleep because the camera goes out randomly in the night when we have full internet reception. When I try to check on him fast to see if he needs me the loading process takes a full minute or 2 to get the camera to pop up when it finally does work, which is forever in a moms world. Please fix these bugs if you’re meant to be a baby camera!!

Very handy device + app
We’ve been using the MOBI Smart pill dispenser for our mother, who has dementia, and it has been helpful. The app is easy to use and gives our family peace of mind knowing her medications are organized and on schedule. It’s made managing her care much simpler. We also use their blood pressure monitor and have had a great experience with that as well. Overall, a very useful system for caregivers.

Unreliable
The app has failed to send a notification about the panic/SOS button being pushed, which has delayed getting urgent care to my elderly grandmother. The notifications don’t appear urgent even when the button DOES trigger a notification- it sounds exactly the same as any other notification from the app. The entire reason behind this purchase was to feel reassured that my loved one had an easy way to alert me that something is dangerously wrong and it failed several days in a row. Disappointing and a waste of $80.

Worked once then never would pair up
Used this once about a year ago on my Grandson who had an earache, then about 8mo later app was dead. Couldn’t log in or even make a new acct. do I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Otoscope would NOT pair up. Tried every fix-it solutions and still nothing!! Tried to connect with other otoscope apps. Device would not pair with any of those either. Yes, Lights were flashing for pairing. Throwing this out! Going back to to old flashlight and magnifying glass.

I loved the otoscope at first but now when I open the app, it either doesn’t work or works for a second then the video freezes
