Terrible to charge the card
The app function to charge the navegante pass is terrible. It takes your money then constantly fails to charge your card. Please fix this.
Fails to read the navigante card again.

Die Anmeldung ist noch auf Englisch möglich, Anwendung aber dann nur noch auf portugiesisch. Außerdem funktioniert die App seit Installation nicht. Wirklich schlecht…
Error for payment with roaming internet
There is an error for 3d secure payment confirmation if you’re using roaming internet from Ukrainian Vodafone. When I switch to Portuguese 4g internet it is fine again. Please fix it

Only seeing an “error occurred”. Sadly it’s not usable for that. Bus rides work well but bikes not. Please fix

No background activity whatsoever. Constant “error, please try again”. Any payment, request, cancellation or any other action fails if you are not actively staring at the screen.
It’s absolutely bonkers that I HAVE to see a “success” screen/action hapen in the app even after I already paid and money were credited from my account, because without my attention or if the screen of my phone timed out and locked, the app will error and cancel EVERYTHING

Not working for tourists
You need to make an app to pay with visa not the Número de Identificação Fiscal
You can not pay through this app
Hey, developers! Make an easy payment with Visa-Mastercard and automatic registration through apple/google. Without it your app is useless.
In the current state, it’s better to delete this app from the appstore, not to confuse people, make them spend roaming Mb on downloading this forking shirt and wasting 20 min on whole setup and registration only to find out that it does literally nothing.
It literally hurts to see your poor Ux.

Uso IOS, e já fui na loja, para saber o que está acontecendo, pois o digital não abre no iPhone, fui informado que era problema na aplicação para sistema iOS, passa atualização e o problema não é resolvido.
DAY TICKET TUTORIAL
To buy the day ticket you need to go onto the app, where it says "where to?" put your start and destination in the Cascais area and the app will allow you to buy the ticket (make sure you put the destination on the relevant lines that MobiCascais operate) Once done you can go anywhere you please on the MobiCascais buses!
