Handicap feature
Some parking spot have scam like behavior in handicap spots it doesn’t ask for a unique id and lets you pay anyways also leaving the text mentioning it’s a handicap spot so small that it’s not readable and when the physical spot’s handicap icon is erased after winter the organisation refuses to refund if you paid accidentally and left the spot.

Can’t get it right
This city can’t seem to get anything right with parking. I am always logged out of the app, I need to re-sign in every time, and now they have a feature called “prepaiement” which makes you think you need to pay for a spot that actually does not require payment. Not to mention that if you want to add more time your previous payment is cancelled.
