スマホ定期の試みはいいと思うけどアプリ起動から定期券見せるまでが長い！（測ったら10秒ほど）
かなり駅でもプッシュされてるし期待してるんで改善お願いしたい

対象の地域が狭い

実証運行とはいえ、港区内でも限られたエリアでのみ使える。せめて区内全域でやってほしい。他地域住民には使い道がないし、恩恵の差が出続けているのはいかがなものか。結局どうなのか方針決めたらいい。

ドライバーさん次第なところある

指定の場所にいてもいないことにされてスルーされました。1回目の予約キャンセル、２回は30分ほど遅延し、指定場所に立っていても、ドライバーさんに手を振っても無視。おそらく渋滞の中頑張って来てくれたのですが、謎のキャンセルと到着時間目の前にいるのにスルーしてのキャンセルは普通に悪意しかないと捉えています。

良いとか悪いとかはドライバーさん次第です。時間より早く来てくれたり、早めの時間に到着してくださる方がほとんどでした。その方にはめちゃくちゃ感謝してますし、アプリ自体は素晴らしいです。

⬇️このドライバーは最悪です。シンガポールに行く方は気をつけてください。
