Terrible
When it works it works and then randomly decides not to work, no doubt due to various updates. It used to work fine then For the last few months, if I connect using WiFi, it no longer connects with 3g until I power down and then back up again. So if I don’t turn my phone on and off it will only connect when I’m connected to WiFi. So annoying.
As of this morning will only connect with WiFi, refuses to work on 3g with it without restarting the phone. Would totally ditch this and use something different if it wasn’t the only app that’s meant to work with my DVR system 🙄

Disappointed generally
App is slow to function and not as good as I expected , some buttons inactive

Slow & sluggish
Desperately needs updating, takes a lot longer to load compared to other system/app’s (I’ve checked many systems) and even longer to view the dvr functions that more often than not stating “connection exceeds limits, or not valid request” this is completely unacceptable, I’m seriously considering getting a different system. Seriously guys get your s#!t together or get out of the business.

It keeps crashing and takes forever to load

I love this app, it just works! And it's fast!
A few suggestions:
1. Allow a favorite device so opening the app takes you right to that device's cameras instead of having to select it from a list.
2. GUI enhancements to look more like iOS
3. Apple Watch native app allowing access to your favorite device's cameras (see suggestion 1)

Big time oops
This app worked great until they upgraded it last week. How do I get the old version back??? Works on iphone6 but will not work on iphone5

Till new version app crashing everytime I can't use it. Before the new version app worked like charm

Ever since the update keeps crashing. Don't know why these developers keep breaking perfectly working apps every time the update them. So frustrating.
Good app, could use some polish
Connects well with my True-H box, stable so far. Search/playback features work better then expected.
Areas that could use improvement:
- video only zooms to the middle of the screen
- selecting individual video feeds from matrix is clunky (single tap for individual feed and double tap for full screen would be better)
- shrink/eliminate title bars to maximize video size, especially in landscape

Very happy with this app! User friendly, smart layout!
Works great but not on iPhone 4s on O2
After setting up my cameras we then spent around 2 hours trying to connect it to my iPhone. It worked fine over wifi but wouldn't work using 3G. It works on the installers iphone (t-mobile) and girlfriends iphone (orange) but not mine (O2)
Please, please, please... Sort this out ASAP as this is a real problem!!

Does this work on 3G network?
It works fine on the wireless network, but I can't get it to work on 3G - so it doesn't work "at any place and any time!"

This application comes with no guide or support on how to establish a connection, wasted too much time on this app, would not reccommend it. Shame really as i would have purchased the full app if it worked!
