Not working

Hi I really loved this easy to use app, I have been using it for 4 years and suddenly on Wednesday 27/09/23 it just stopped working on my iPhone and iPad? There is no update to fix ?

Awful

This app is so outdated and poorly functioning. I just did the most recent update and now it won’t connect to my cameras on my phone any longer, even though nothing has changed except the app update. It was a nightmare getting connected in the first place and I should have known better than to trust that an update from this terrible app wouldn’t ruin it again. Says it can’t connect to the server. Such a headache.

I have not been able to view my cameras since this update come out. At least not from my phone. Works on the iPad. Won’t connect remotely nor will it connect Wi-Fi while at the location
