Hi I really loved this easy to use app, I have been using it for 4 years and suddenly on Wednesday 27/09/23 it just stopped working on my iPhone and iPad? There is no update to fix ?

This app is so outdated and poorly functioning. I just did the most recent update and now it won’t connect to my cameras on my phone any longer, even though nothing has changed except the app update. It was a nightmare getting connected in the first place and I should have known better than to trust that an update from this terrible app wouldn’t ruin it again. Says it can’t connect to the server. Such a headache.

This version doesn’t work
I have not been able to view my cameras since this update come out. At least not from my phone. Works on the iPad. Won’t connect remotely nor will it connect Wi-Fi while at the location

I need help. My ip address got removed. My service tech is in hospital. I need directions to reapply my information to connect to server.

Love the app but the audio is terrible

When it worked was a bit slow. Now I’ve upgraded my computer & router & gone onto fibre broadband I can’t connect at all!!! Keep checking & redoing all the settings, port forwarding on router etc to no avail. Think it’s time to sack it and move on.

Not working on iPad mini
Can't edit
Trying to edit camera information. When you click on edit there are no other options to change the info, you have to create the camera all over again & then you can't delete. I'm using an iPad mini & I had this on Samsung Galaxy with no problems. Need to be able to edit!!!!

Can you please send me your email address to communicate about the recent update which is not displaying any images on my iPhone X or iPad Pro (black screen) although these are clearly visible when viewing the camera set-up page.
I have not received a reply to my emails to you of March 10th or 21st. There is a working RTSP stream to the apps on both my iPhone and iPad but the screen remains blank.

4 stars because it has always worked without any issues. Would be very nice to be able to set number of cameras to your system. I have 6 so either I am short 2, with 4, or I am wasting space with 3 wasted set at 9.

It is not possible to change access settings once entered. Old settings cannot be deleted. Please update the app.
