Too slow
The app used to work well, but over the last 4 weeks, it’s slow and each step takes time to load. It’s too inefficient to use unless you have something else to do between each step.

I find this app gives me critical information regarding accounts receivable and production information at a glance. I also like the way I can start a work timer and keep up with mileage that synchronizes with our Thomson Reuters time and billing system - Practice CS. The client contact information with maps is another benefit I use a good bit.

Too complicated
I wanted to create a simple appointment app to create my own tax preparer company. I can’t figure out how to remove the set staff and can’t seem how to get my own clients into your system. I don’t believe this is a user friendly app. Yuck
Update to current app
It would be nice to have the app updated. It's not compatible with the latest version of iOS. Every time you try to open it, you get a message that it may slow down your phone.
Needs bidirectional support
This app should allow notes to be added to the client. So, it's not of much use. I don't think this app has been updated in a long time. No money I guess.
