Get bank, wonderful employees
The banking app is easy to use, the employees are always very friendly and willing to help. They are very proactive regarding fraud.
Terrible app and worse customer service
Do yourself a favor find a real bank with real customer service for the dime bank only cares about there profit
Terrible App Update
The bank's app update now prevents me from ever accessing my account through mobile device because it will no longer work on my Iphone 8. I would have to buy a new iphone when there is nothing wrong with my old phone. Thanks a lot, Dime Bank.

We’ve been using The Dime Bank since we moved up here 9 yrs ago…The people at the rte 739 branch are always professional and friendly… I highly recommend this bank .

PLEASE FIX THE CARD MANAGEMENT
Ever since the recent updates there is no option for card management. You can no longer turn your bank card on/off in the app when needed. Please add the feature back.
Planned obsolescence
I have an iphone 7, and it can only update to ios 15 but the app requires 16. The app being the only way i can access my account without driving 3 hours makes this very frustrating as it would require me to either buy a new phone or create an account with a new bank.
Mobile deposit
This is the works bank to do mobile deposits with on the app.
One teller told me to write “mobile deposit” on the front but it and it was submitted. Then I tried it again, but the check got rejected. Another teller told me to write “ mobile deposit” on the back and I hope that it goes through for processing.
I wish the staff would get it right even though there’s a check mark box on the back of the checks to indicate the mobile deposit.
Beyond ridiculous.

Overall, not a bad app and way better than PNC. The one complaint that I do have is that when I make a virtual deposit, it does not show up on my account as pending, but only a few days later, after the check has cleared.
