Amazing app, but it has a few bugs, please fix, and it will be even more amazing!
This app is light years ahead of the mobile portal for on premise Jira.
A few bugs that I noticed for the developer to fix though:
If you’re viewing a ticket in desktop mode, and you want to edit a comment, when you press the edit button on the comment, the app just spins and spins, and never loads the comment for editing.
Since version 3.22.0 when you click on a ticket to view it, the description field shows up blank, unless you view the ticket in desktop mode.
Beyond that, this app is amazing, please fix the bugs!

На троечку
Такое себе решение по замене браузерной версии, как обычно что-то можно, но хотелось бы больше. В том полане, что все нужен особый подход к пользованию и полной браузрной версии не заменяет, к сожалению.. а хотелось бы, поскольку заплатил за про версию. Все равно приходится в какие-то моменты заходить через браузер, неизбежно.

Проблемное приложение
Нельзя загрузить документ в приложение. Также при смене языка на IPHONE с русского на английский и обратно комментарии на русском отображается в виде каких-то иероглифах
Ссылки на Jira не открываются в приложении
Нужно, чтобы при нажатии на ссылку в Jira (в почте или мессенджера), открывалось сразу в приложении, а не в браузере.
А сейчас даже кнопка «открыть в приложении» не работает. (Ошибка ‘адрес ссылки не действителен’)

Flakey on startup
I get a different view and menu each time I use this app. Killing it and starting over seems to work though.

Bad app
Often crashes :(
Needs support for 2018 iPad Pro screen res.
Great app all around but lack of support for the current iPad Pro screen resolution disrupts the experience.
Ridiculous, trying to get my money back
App crashes, does not allow for Captcha login from within the app (need to open the browser and validate the captcha), does not allow for login at all any more (I’m asked to do a Captcha every login, even though I had done it already, completely unusable). 0 stars.

The only reason I got this app is because I hoped it had a timer... it does not! You can add time manually, by selecting date and duration, that’s it. I was hoping I could just push the “start work” button and when done “stop work” and all the dates & times will be figured by the app...
Other then that a great app! Would love to have a timer feature though.

Единственное где работают доски
Куплены все программы для jira , эта единственная в которой реально работают доски и ещё можно перетаскивать задачи! Жира стоит на локальном компе большенство клиентов собственные сервера не поддерживают , здесь полет нормальный , отклик мгновенный даже в метро. Также плюс за русский язык. Иногда вылетает , но это не критично. Те кому нужна жира для работы рекомендую

Does not work anymore
The application was working correctly up to last update. It now seems to require the JIRA Mobile Plugin which was not absolutely required before. Please allow the application to work again without the JIRA Plugin as it was still useful for us (and necessary as you are the only on to support Google integration). Thanks.

Great mobile Jira app
The fact that this supports accessing on-prem non-cloud instances of jira is what really drew me to this at first. And with the paid version, I get all the features I need to collaborate effectively on the go. Also this app appears functionally and aesthetically equivalent to the android version, which is also super great.

The app is good but the pricing was before I started the download near 4€.
Versatile Companion with room to grow in UX
I feel that it will be difficult for Atlassian to compete with this app for me. As I am a Jira server user, the Atlassian cersion is only a faint promise at this point. Within the variety of apps for Jira available so far, this is my app of choice right now. Can still improve the UX a lot. But all features, that I need are part of the app. Highly recommended.
