Worked better and earlier than most but...
Worked as advertised with good vidoes to walk you through technical setup. Unfortunately it has not been updated in some time and while initial support was superb, it has become impossible to get a response. I receive warnings that the app will not be compatible with IOS 11 so I am starting to search out alternatives.

What a godsend for the forgetful or helpful
Great product, works as advertised. Clear simple easy to follow 4 step video installation tutorial. Not often I get to comment about post sales support but this company was excellent, I had a problem with the initial module, the vendor talked me through it - identified a product problem, immediately shipped a replacement - which installed in minutes (cabling was already done of course).

Very useful APP
Great APP and hardware combination. Makes it so easy to open, close and check status of garage door(s). Had a couple of questions when setting up and they were answered immediately.

This app required you to purchase THEIR remote. Useless!
a MUST HAVE if have a garage door with an opener
Top used app on my iPhone (and I have hundreds of apps) use it multiple times everyday. Best value for my money. I have full control of my garage door anywhere, anytime (literally!). I always second-guess myself one block away whether I closed my garage door or if a cat triggered the sensor and all my valuables are there for the taking. Countless times I had to drive back just to make sure. If I doubt my kids forgot to close the garage door while I'm already on bed, it's so convenient to check without getting up and walking half-naked outside.
Now I can check or open or close my garage door from my iPhone (anywhere in the world).
When my family and/or friends need to drop something off at my house, they don't have to leave it unsupervised on my doorstep - they call me, and I open & close the door.
Set-up is easy and the technology is stable & secure. Paul at Customer Service responds to allllllllll my tech questions immediately. Such a great service and attentive personal response. He knows the product inside and out, and can solve any issue, no matter if you have a Mac or PC - if your garage is downstairs or detached.

I looked everywhere for this and they are right here in Calgary,
We have a home automation and security system. We were on a camping trip this past summer about an hour outside Calgary when our security system sent us a message that our garage door had been opened. Well, the only way to be sure it was not a false signal was to drive back to Calgary and check for our self. As it turned out the door was closed, it was a false signal. We have since added a remote PTZ camera to monitor the door and keep an eye on our property but it still led us to the conclusion, OK our door is open what now? What we needed was a cost effective solution that allowed us to control and monitor the garage door remotely...as it turns out, the solution was right here with a local Calgary company! The system is an easy retrofit, it works great and is easy to install and set up. It is a fantastic augmentation to our home automation and security and automation system. We love it!

Handy device!
I had a few problems setting the device up, But the support I received was excellent! Support was always there with quick responses until it was up and running 100%.
It has been working reliably ever since.

Great product
I originally purchased one for my garage at home and have purchased another one for our vacation home. It was easy to install and the videos were very helpful. It is nice to be able to check to see if I closed my garage door without having to drive back home. I particularly like the voice feature added in the newest version of the app. The ability to know whether my garage door in our vacation property is open or closed from thousands of miles away is really cool.

Awesome application! Easy to install and setup the hardware. Great instructions, videos, and technical support! No more worrying about dead keypad batteries or carrying the RF opener when I go for walks or bike rides. Peace of mind knowing I can check the open/closed status from anywhere in the world and let people in as needed. No extra subscriptions or cost once you buy the hardware. I expect all my friends and relatives will be asking me to help them install one soon!
