Poor UI, not WCAG compliant
I can’t believe this has a 4.3 rating. The UI is tedious and poorly designed. The app is not WCAG compliant. After filling out the initial forms, I hope I never need to use it again.
Whoever wrote this app scammed them
I work in technology, and have done so for the last 15 years. When I say that this is the worst app I’ve ever come across, I mean it is worse than what I’ve seen middle schoolers write having only had a year of coding experience.
This app makes absolutely no sense. It has redundant questions. It is not intuitive. It’s hard to use. important questions are cut off because it’s not formatted for mobile use and on top of that at the end when you’re supposed to submit all the documents and sign, the section that it refers you to doesn’t actually exist
Whoever is writing that this app is “five stars” is a liar, and this app needs to be completely reformatted, and in my opinion, whoever originally developed it for you should be brought up on charges for fraud.
For women to go through this after having to give birth it’s of a similarly painful experience, without an epidural.
If possible, use a lactation consultant that actually knows what the hell they’re doing

Great App for IBCLC’s
I have been using Mobile Lactation consultant for eight years now since I started my private practice Lactation consulting business. Not having any experience with app based medical portals I really didn’t know what to expect. I found the app easy to customize and use the functionality works well and rarely has glitches or problems. I love that you can see growth, charts, medications, summaries, notes, etc. I also love the integrations between texting email faxing documents and all the other things you may need to do on a day-to-day basis. I have added over 100 note and exam template and was able to upload my favorite patient handouts website, links and videos to easily share with my patient for follow up.The hands-down best part of this app is the customer support. They are responsive usually the day that you have an issue and the turnaround for fixing things are helping is about 24 to 48 hours which I have not found with any other app.

I Want a Human
I’m sick of everything being done through apps and electronic systems. It is not safe and contrary to what everyone thinks, it’s not efficient. I want a human to hand my stuff to and explain what it is I’m signing. Ridiculous.
Mobile lactation app
This app is excellent! We input over 500 new charts a year, lots of data. It works super well, really user friendly. When we have had to make changes, we get fast courteous service. Absolutely no complaints!!
