Do not spend time or money on this game
I would not recommend investing significant time or money into this game unless you are prepared for the possibility of losing your account with very little help from customer support.
I played for somewhere around 6 months to a year and spent roughly $100–$200 on the game. My account was linked to Facebook, so I reasonably assumed I would be able to recover it if I ever lost access.
Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I provided customer support with multiple screenshots of legitimate Apple purchase receipts in an attempt to prove ownership of the account. Their response was essentially that I still needed to provide my old account ID/server ID, preferably from an old screenshot.
Like most people, I didn’t think I needed to save screenshots containing a random account ID when my account was already linked to Facebook. I no longer have access to the account, don’t have old screenshots containing the ID, and have explained this to support. Despite having multiple purchase receipts and being willing to provide other information to verify ownership, I have not been given a reasonable alternative way to recover the account.
At this point, I’m done trying.
The game itself can be enjoyable, but based on my experience with account recovery and customer support, I cannot recommend putting substantial time or money into it. If something ever happens to your account, all of that progress and money may be extremely difficult—or impossible—to recover unless you happened to save information you never expected to need.

My personal experience
They could DEFINITELY loosen up on the cash grab mentality because this game feels like it revolves around buying stuff to progress when it shouldn’t be that way especially for end gamers-mid gamers they should also allow more to do with summons and stuff for order/chaos characters and make it a tiny bit easier to summon for them like they’re own summoning area that costs more.

Very fun to play if your bored the chance of lick in the beginning is super good!!
Account Reset
I am trying to get my account back after taking a break for a while. Log in to see i’m fully reset and my whole account seems to be gone. I sent a ticket to support but will leave this at 1 star until resolved. I can’t imagine why they would just delete accounts and I really hope that’s not what actually happened.
Based on other reviews i’m not optimistic.
