Terrible lobby and matchmaking system. HOK is better in this regard. Lazy mods need to fix this game. I can’t recommend sorry. ZERO STARS. Do not play this game and DO NOT spend your money, until they fix the matchmaking system. IF they ever do…
Lag
Worst lag issues that i ever had even wifi or data. My data was strong either. Only this game are causing lag
In app issues
The game is great, good fun.
But! Very poor match fixing and in-app purchases sometimes don’t work. You over-pay for items that all of a sudden don’t exist and the customer service support bot is useless. When you do have an issue, they want every detail down to the date and time, hours and minutes, pictures of purchase… they basically make their fault your problem and subsequently impossible for you to properly report or seek help.
They also reset your rank to the previous season.
Ultimately, it’s a great game, but don’t waste too much time and money on it as it’ll only frustrate you even more.
