This matchmaking system is honestly unacceptable. I’m a solo player who previously reached Mythical Glory, yet I’m constantly being matched with teammates who have never even reached Mythic, while the enemy team is full of Mythic players.
The skill gap is obvious and creates completely one-sided games. I’m expected to carry games against players with much more experienced teammates, while my team is often struggling with basic rotations, objectives, and decision-making.
Matchmaking should be based on fair team balance, not just trying to force a high-skill player to compensate for an entire team. It’s frustrating to put in maximum effort every game only to lose because the teams are clearly mismatched.
Please improve the matchmaking system and make solo queue games more competitive and fair.

Always teamed up with low ranks
Why am I always matched with low-ranked teammates while my opponents are all high-ranked? I just played a game where all of my teammates were Epic, and I was the only Legend. Meanwhile, every player on the opposing team was Legend. That’s completely unfair. The game should provide some kind of compensation when matches are this unbalanced.

So it seems that after a decade Moonton refuses to improve the matchmaking system, read the feedback and you’ll see how long it’s going on for. Doesn’t seem to matter classic or rank, dark system still prevails. Just join in with the trolls, only way to play.
Just full of bots
Games of 10 players and 90% of the time only 3-4 players are humans. Players have found a way to confirm that allies or enemies are bots and every game its easy to tell if you play with bots, which is 90% of the time

Match-making in this game is awful. A game that's being run by a dark system. The game will let you win 3 times and then lose 10 times after. Heroes and skin and promos are okay, nothing too special. Wouldn't recommend.
