i just delete this game, and i already spend hundreds of dollars in this game because before it has more better macth making system but now all i can say is it become one of the worst experience to me in mobile game. well shame on me for spending money here.

this ai support is not helping me someone hacked my account change the email address and bind to them bow i dont have access to it im trying to fill up a form on that ai thing but still i did not help me i spend alot of money on it and this i cant even recover my own account what a joke with customer service its trash if ur planning on spending money on this game just forget about it the support system wont help u i just want my own account go back to me and its too hard with this ai thing no one can talk to me like a real person what a joke

Impossible queue time
After excluding US servers, Canada servers take 30+ min to queue and still have no match. This is ridiculous it makes all player bases impossible to play a single match.

Don’t have too much fun. Yes they do match you with weaker teammates to force a 50% win rate. On my mama they lying!

The Developers aint making the game more exciting more skin yes, fixing the match making no. Separate the Solo Queue to Trio or Duo and you will gain more players.

Due to which matchmaking is at its worst, Totaly disbalanced teams. Rank diff too high among two teams. Baseless low rank matchup without flex 5v5.

You get bots in your team
They literally rig the whole match and have enemy bots target you, save all their ults for you. They know where you are. And your teammates who are also bots are designed to just pace back and forth - losing the game on purpose!!! I’ve seriously had it. Spent diamonds on skins of mains I played. Every season gets worse and worse. What am I still playing for? Get your bots out of the game!!!

Been playing the game for a while and suddenly in a random match my ping spiked up to 120 and wouldn’t go down even with very good internet. Reinstalled it and cleared cache. Still gives me that same 120 ping. Need this fixed soon as possible. Ruining the experience for everyone. My friend has also been having the same issues

Not fair in every match
The developers Team must do go algorithm for fair in each match. I checked every time after match and felt like not fair cuz epic play with Legends?? Why?? Sometimes Warriors play with legends and mythic??? I mean in classic mode.
