Mobile order/ gift card
The Moore, OK location shows up however, the app doesn’t allow me to order nor look at the menu. In addition, I received a gift card and I can’t find a way to add it within my payment options. I’m really bad with holding gift cards or remembering I even have them. Hope these features are available soon.

The app just doesn’t work. At all. NADA. Too bad because the shop here in Myrtle Beach is great. I wish there was one near where I live.
Decaffeinated coffee not an option !!!!!!
Decaffeinated coffee is not an option on the app. Since that’s what I drink I can’t use the app and can’t collect points. Very frustrating and annoying.

Tried to register, said unknown error. Tried a second email, got same message. I preferred the free coffee punch cards. Please bring them back.

App does not track my points at the Spanish Fork Utah location. Ordered, scanned my barcode from the app…nothing even after a few days. Seems like it was released too soon. Staff at location couldn’t help me and said many people are having problems with it.

Tried more than once. This garbage has never worked. Dev team management, do you see the ratings? Ownership isn't getting what it's paying for a customers are getting mad for wasting their time.
Incomplete Menu
Called in for an order and was told I could use the app. Tried ordering a box of coffee for a group meeting which was not on the app; That’s as far as I went with it. Went in store for a 20 minute wait time instead.
Location issue
This app has worked maybe once for me. Currently it’s only showing BRCC locations that are 400+ miles away.
Rewards programe
There’s nothing at all to share how the rewards program will work. The app ‘just stopped working’ about 5months ago and no one had a clue why or when would be back up. Now it’s finally back, and barely changed.. aside from some ‘reward’ tab with zero info.
Glad to have it back
Super glad to have the app back! BRCC is great and they have the best coffee around!

Leadership failure. If Black Rifle Coffee Company ever sells, new management will rightly fire everyone in the development team. Obviously, the dev team can't be bothered to read comments, sync with the main app. 2 separate apps?! That's cause to replace a whole slew of people. Password scripts funny work.

I’ve tried ordering on this app multiple times and there is an error with payment every time. I’ve tried using multiple different cards with the same error. Seems useless if payments won’t go through.
Taking payment
Would not allow me to add my card nor pay for the purchase. Kept giving me an error message for either one.
