This app was a make a wish for a kid pretending to be a developer.
Nothing on this app works and it completely blows my mind a multi million dollar company uses it. You’d have better luck sending smoke signals to your office to get your time in.

This app is extremely buggy and slow. Every action takes several seconds to refresh the screen, minimum. Support is equally slow and generally amounts to “Reinstall the app and see if that helps.”

Best app for getting paid to not work
Due to the applications inability to be useful and intuitive, I submit the on this app my time, then I fill out my time on paperwork and send it in to the office. I basically get paid twice to sit and do time, except the pen and paper method is faster than using the app so it is not quite twice the pay for the same task. Love it!!!

Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app.
Every day, every week I have a new issue and the advise is delete and reinstall. This app is pretty basic. I don’t understand why I constantly don’t have the ability to create tickets until I delete and reinstall. No response from ESS.
Garbage - Using paper would be a better system
The user interface is absolutely terrible, half the features hardly work. If by chance one you need works today it will 100% not work the next . Constant deleting tickets or closing when it’s not supposed to. Stay far away
