This app was a make a wish for a kid pretending to be a developer.
Nothing on this app works and it completely blows my mind a multi million dollar company uses it. You’d have better luck sending smoke signals to your office to get your time in.

This app is extremely buggy and slow. Every action takes several seconds to refresh the screen, minimum. Support is equally slow and generally amounts to “Reinstall the app and see if that helps.”

Best app for getting paid to not work
Due to the applications inability to be useful and intuitive, I submit the on this app my time, then I fill out my time on paperwork and send it in to the office. I basically get paid twice to sit and do time, except the pen and paper method is faster than using the app so it is not quite twice the pay for the same task. Love it!!!

Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app.
Every day, every week I have a new issue and the advise is delete and reinstall. This app is pretty basic. I don’t understand why I constantly don’t have the ability to create tickets until I delete and reinstall. No response from ESS.
Garbage - Using paper would be a better system
The user interface is absolutely terrible, half the features hardly work. If by chance one you need works today it will 100% not work the next . Constant deleting tickets or closing when it’s not supposed to. Stay far away

Multiple functions do not work how they should. Developers say they fixed the issue and to delete the application and then reinstall. Well, still no fix. Why our business continues to use this application is beyond me.
It probably works great on a flip phone.
This is so antiquated it’s not funny. Please either hire some developers and get this into the 21st century or close up shop and call it a day.

Very good app! It is very easy to learn and very user friendly. Would not use any other.

My company had always used the old way of doing things with writing tickets and they had to manually type them into the system until we adopted this program! We had about a week of learning the program but once we all got the hang of it it was a life, and time saver! It makes a time sheet for us, the technicians can make a ticket and clear a ticket in our system anytime we want, and the office ladies love us for having all our time entered already! Get this program! You and your company won't regret it!

This app works very well!
I find it very easy to work with this app to create and process service tickets for all of our customers. It is easy to report time and expenses incurred for each job. I also like the option to generate a weekly time sheet showing all jobs completed for the week with all time and expenses shown. This helps greatly with necessary record keeping!

Time saver
In my business quest to go paperless we have found that using Mobile Service has also been a time saver. My staff in the office does not have to check the techs in and out from the jobs. The techs type what they have done. No more deciphering the techs hand writing. And with using the GPS feature we can see on a map the techs location as well as the route or routes they driven for the day or previous days.

You really should disclose on the front page that this is a 30 day trial...not free; no help once you've installed it. Needs work.
