Mobile Technician Pro

Mobile Technician Pro combines the features previously provided by AIRSTAGE Service Monitor Tool and Mobile Technician into a single application. It enables service engineers to monitor operating conditions, diagnose faults, and analyze air conditioner data using a compatible Bluetooth® adapter and a smart device. Key Features • Service Monitor Tool Monitor operating conditions in real time through: List View Graph View (up to three graphs simultaneously) Refrigerant Cycle Diagram Collected operating data can be saved to your mobile device and loaded later for review and analysis. • Error Code Assist Quickly diagnose air conditioner issues with: Error code lookup Troubleshooting guidance Sensor value checks Supported Equipment RAC/PAC VRF Air to Water (ATW) Wireless LAN Adapter Some features are available only for supported models and compatible communication methods. A compatible Bluetooth® adapter (such as UTY-ASSXZ1) is required to use the Service Monitor Tool. More features and improvements will be added in future updates.
