Unfortunate
I found it. Unfortunate. That’s such a cool idea has been taken so far as to build an app getting no seems to be willing to fix the problems or respond to the problems. People are discussing would be a good time for someone to take The idea come up with a better app that would get better reviews or at least respond to the bad reviews, looks like she says this has been going on for two years or more.

Useless
I don’t want to use an app to pay. Let me pay in a web browser
PLEASE update!
My coffee shop uses this app and I hate it for them like I wish they would change. I don’t understand why they don’t change. This is the worst app. It’s constantly logging you out, glitching during orders, It doesn’t hold your payment information anymore. It doesn’t offer any other kind of Apple Pay or other sources of payment it’s painful so painful. I think maybe the coffee shop is using it so that we don’t get our loyalty because we just get so angry at the app we don’t even wanna use it.

Not worth the effort
Was not worth the effort to download and create an account. Pretty sure the app just wants your contact information and gives you just enough in return to feel there’s some value to it.
Does not stay logged in
Every time I use this app, it asks me to log in again. It’s annoying and something modern apps should be able to handle better. This app is not handling sensitive information, just make it stay logged in or use Face ID.
Problematic App
This app is not very user friendly. It allows me to save a card on file in the app but every time I order I have to manually re-enter my card info. What’s the point of saving a card on file?
Signup - nothing else
Twice now I have been to central feeding grill company in Lewistown Montana trying to scan the QR code to earn rewards and nothing, took my email address but never sends me authentication email or it means to download the receipt for rewards clearly a glitch I hope but two months and it still hasn’t been fixed and of course in this electronic age there’s no human to help you!

Too many steps
There are too many steps to set up this app to pay my bill. I would like to be able to easily link my card in my Apple Wallet but that is not an option. It sent me two different confirmation codes to verify my account.
I would happily use this if I could check out as a guest or at least have a Apple Wallet/Google Pay option

This App Falls Short of the Bill
From a user experience standpoint and integration with real time payments at local establishments, this app falls short of the bill. There is no integration with apple wallet and with any stored information on your phone therefore requiring manual input of every piece of information. There are TWO different points of verification - from your email and your phone number (which again, does not even auto populate correctly because it requires the numbers to be inputted without punctuation) and the process is slow and labor intensive (for an app). There are many better ways to pay for a bill - this app shouldn’t be one of them until/unless there is a major overhaul.

MobileBytes app is the worst!
I wrote a review about this useless app a few days ago but it’s not showing up. Hmmmm wonder why? Don’t waste your time or space on your phone for this totally useless app. Every time I try to use it I get an error message, and the section they call “Help” is no help whatsoever. Useless!
Still buggy
I just downloaded the app today. It’s definitely still buggy as most of the reviews for the past several years have stated. It took awhile to get it account set up. Then I tried to scan the code from the restaurant and it didn’t work. Invalid code.
Stopped working

Terrible P.OS. System
The company who made this app Heartland says this is a P.O.S. system but it’s truly just a P.O.S. app. They hang up, literally, on you if you call the customer support line and all ways to contact them outside of the hotline go to dead links.
Terrible, won’t send confirmation code to let me create an account
I’ve tried multiple times, this app asks for your phone number to send a verification code and when typing in my number no code is ever sen and so I can’t even create an account. I’ve asked it to resend the code multiple times and does not. I’ve tried it on my wife’s phone as well and it does not ever send a code. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and running the latest iOS. I wanted to get the app because several restaurants I go to often say to use this app to get customer reward points and I can’t. Please someone fix this issue.

my biggest issue is that it doesn’t remember your login after an update. most other apps do, why cant this one?

Restaurant issue
What do you do when the restaurant’s receipt doesn’t have the QR code to scan? When I asked the young girl basically told me too bad there was nothing she could do… what good is having an app to earn points when the only way to add points isn’t reliable?
Can’t install
Working with a restaurant to set up their loyalty program. I am attempting to Install this app. I repeatedly tried to confirm my phone number but the txt does not come through. Attempting to contact someone for support but not getting anywhere. Any help from the developer would be much appreciated.

Not Able to Redeem Rewards
I accumulated enough points for a $15 reward at one restaurant. I tried multiple times to redeem with the provided code. I repeatedly received an error message saying it wasn’t valid. I contacted MobileBytes. They told me to contact the restaurant. The restaurant said they’d contact MobileBytes. No response even after following up. Don’t waste your time on this app.
