Unusable
I recharge a number every month; and it takes A FULL HALF HOUR every time. You need to go through about 40-50 menu option to recharge THE SAME NUMBER. (I’m searching for alternatives today!)

The app is very slow and isn’t getting anything done please update it, I’ve used it for years, I may have to delete it.

MF they deducted money from my account and didn’t top up my account they are scammers I sent them so many emails they said u will get money in 2 days it’s been 5 days but some panties for your sister with money u thieves scammers

I made a an account and I sent money and now I can’t log in it says it’s wrong…I received an email but then it logged me out and I can’t get back in. If I can’t get back on in the morning I will notify my bank that it is fraud!!!!

There is not APay
There is no option to pay through the Apple Pay app.

when I start sending recharge like 2/3 times was successfully receive it then start saying you’re recharge is failed when it’s saying failed. They’re still take money from my account and my family members did not received a recharge. This has to be fixed it. know I can’t send it. Keep saying failed failed..
