Great but won’t stop ringing
Works great but if you miss a call, the app continues to ring indefinitely. Same issue on iPad and iPhone. Fix please as others have same issue

And who was so genious to prevent the copy paste of incoming missed call numbers to allow me calling back with my cellphone by pasting a missed call to my cellphone or even better let me decide how i want to call back:

Inconsistent
Answering calls are often in loudspeaker and cannot be changed back meaning the whole call must be done on loudspeaker.
Was working fine until last update
App was working fine until I recently updated the app to the latest version. I’ve had multiple different issues. For a few days there was no audio when making outgoing calls. Deleting the app and reinstalling seems to have fixed that. However, now if I am on a regular cell phone call (not using the Panasonic app) and I get an incoming call on the Panasonic app it drops my cell phone call. It’s definitely an issue with the push notifications. If I turn that off I don’t have that problem, but that defeats the purpose of the app and it never used to have this issue.

Não gostei do aplicativo. Ele não fica em stand-by para receber as ligações, com isso você não pode usar os outros recursos do celular e a qualidade da chamada é ruim. Foi instalado na minha empresa e foi uma decepção.

This app was three stars at best until yesterday (9/38/2020). It has been dropping every call since then after as little as 30 seconds and as much as 3 minutes. It is not just me. I am working from home, as are my coworkers, and we are all having the same issue. Please fix this, our business depends heavily on phone service.

Ne surtout pas opter pour ce système
Après une installation complète en entreprise avec des postes fixes sur NS700 et les softphones pour des techniciens itinérants qui reçoivent les appels d’astreinte jours et nuits. Les softphones se déconnectent à longueur de temps donc impossible d’être joignables. Nous sommes obligés toutes les 15 minutes de rouvrir l’application pour la reconnecter. Après de longs échanges (6 mois) avec notre fournisseur de téléphonie qui est en relation avec Panasonic aucune solution n’a été trouvée pour corriger le problème très pénalisant pour notre activité. Sans compter les bug réguliers de coupure pendant les appels. Nous allons passer chez un autre fournisseur de téléphonie avec une application beaucoup plus développée pour le travail à distance en cette période où le télétravail est d’actualité en période de pandémie. Dommage que Panasonic n’arrive à s’adapter à l’évolution de la téléphonie toujours avec un train de retard.

Constant connectivity issues
No upgrades! Having constantly restart the app to remain connected. Sometimes we can’t make a call just after another without restarting the phone. Hope someone will look at it and resolve ASAP
Excellent App
We have supplied this app to several customers that are having to find WFH solutions in this epidemic and although there was an issue at the end of last year with the app having to be open to receive calls, this was rectified quickly with the latest version. Cheap, easy to roll out and reliable.

Ne reste pas connecter
L’application se déconnecte si elle n’est pas ouverte régulièrement donc impossible de recevoir les appels. Impossible de savoir si les autre poste interne son en ligne ou pas impossible de pouvoir gérer les renvois d’appel automatique depuis l’application.

How can a company as big as Panasonic produce such a terrible piece of junk.
We upgraded our PABX in order to have the ability to use our smartphones...versions 1 & 2 didn’t work....the disappeared from the App Store. Replaced eventually by Version 3 and I hoped they would have resolved the issues. Nope! Complete waste of money.
The only way a call connects to a smart phone is if you dial the extension and then open the app....the app must be opened at the same time as the call is coming through. If the app is open before the call, it won’t connect. I guess telepathy is the best means to ensure you open the app as someone dials you, in which case Panasonic is ahead of the game!
If you hope that calls will come through when the app is not open but ‘live’ on the screen, think again.
