App Crashes
This app periodically enters a crash loop. When this happens,I have to delete the app, download it again and enter in my credentials all over again. I also email error reports to the developer, but I never hear anything back.
Terrible
I have to use this every day and it makes me want to break my phone. One of the worst apps I have personally ever used.

I was told to delete app and factory reset phone. This still didn’t solve the problem. I complained and they said delete app and factory reset the phone.
When you complete appointment and add new appointment the original appointment won’t close until you restart your phone.
Has attachment section you can’t attach anything to from a phone. Has MULTIPLE things they tell you to log into a computer to do can’t be done from a phone. Weird I thought that apps are designed for phone use ...
My company is slowing phasing this out in favor of a better app. I would recommend to any company considering this to test the app from the end user perspective then find a different company

Unreliable, non-intuitive, buggy, crashes all the time
This program is supposed to be able to do a lot but it doesn’t do any of it well. If you customize anything the company will blame any problems you have with it on those customizations. Even if you just run it the way they built it it’s still regularly crashes doesn’t sync correctly and requires reinstallation. This program seems like it’s straight out of the late 90s or at best early 2000’s. Sadly by the time you realize how crappy it is you’re so vested that you don’t have much choice but to continue.

Crashed again. Buggy
I’m back again to reinstall. Third time this month. Features and tabs are not very intuitive. A useful tool when it works right, and you know the bug work arounds, but they could do better.
