This software is crap at best appointments randomly drop off if you mistakenly time into an appointment the only way out of it is to complete it with a time out entry our office has used this for years and it has been nothing but a pita

If this was a high school programming project, it would have passed with a C=. It’s difficult to use, very restrictive, and extremely buggy.

Constant re syncs needed. I use a version on iPad and on my phone, information is often different, with some appointments showing up on one device but not the other. Quality similar to other versions, see my other reviews. Are they putting out slightly different versions to dodge the bad reviews instead of fixing the core problems?
The fix process I have to go through frequently is: resync, delete data, resync, delete app entirely and download again, reload all my personal info and setup again. Such a pain.

Poor application
Not user friendly. Takes a while to sync. Don’t always get appointments and have to clear data and sync. Doesn’t work at times.
