Shameful
One of the worst companies and softwares I have ever worked in my 30 years as an IT director. Bottom of the barrel engineers and support staff. Sleezy lying sales people. Somehow got even worse after acquired by Access. Stay far far away.
Terrible app
It seems like there is an update a week. There are too many options that have not been made active, and if you try to use them, it messes the whole system up.
Frustrating
Extremely buggy app with frequent updates that seem to always create more issues requiring more updates.
New update broke app
New update prevents techs from seeing any documents attached to work orders.
HVACR Technician
I have went through many Tradesmen Softwares and this is by far the most limited software. Please do not buy. It’s as if the software is from 2008.
