All this app does is collect data
Functional enough but annoying
It nags me about notification settings every time I open the app, even though I’ve already enabled notifications! Has a clunky feel but I’m able to do everything I need to still.
App crash issues
Maybe with the new iPhone update there’s a glitch but the app crashes each and every time I open it. Please fix this bug asap ! Organizations are paying for this application to work efficiently but it is not.

This app was a lifesaver for my organization during the pandemic. I was singing your praises to everyone. Now it’s totally useless. Why? Because every time I open it, the app crashes. Every. Time. I can still access on my laptop but not very helpful when I’m on the go and need information. Please update. Having an app that continuously crashes feels very 10 years ago

This app is the worst. Developer, please get back to me on how I can delete my account on this app, because I’m pulling my hair out trying to turn off unwanted notifications about events and just can’t seem to find a way to do so. Also, this app is riddled with bugs. Such a waste of time and an incredible frustrating experience.

Non-Responsive Design = Unusable App
I do have an older iPhone, but this is the first app I have found that I can’t use. The sign-up screen doesn’t allow scrolling, and the iOS keyboard blocks the button, so I haven’t been able to get past the sign-up page even though I have typed in my name and password. Please make the app’s design responsive. I’m part of a team testing this app to see if it will work for our group of about 100 people, and I can’t even get in to try it out, so I’ll have to report that it won’t work… at all. :/ Open to revising my review if I’m able to use the app before we settle on another platform. Thanks and good luck!

Lies right from the start
The webpage says no member login required (see the pasted message I copied from their webpage). When you install this app, the first thing you see is a login screen!

The app doesn’t open
Waste of screen on iPad
Nothing more than an iPhone app that displays on an iPad as a tiny window with tiny iPhone keyboard. Good thing it’s not an app for communicating 😞... frustration!
OMG unbelievably frustrating
I’m an IT professional, 20+ years programming experience and I have no clue how this application has made its way into the wild.
Authentication shouldn’t make you want to find the company and hurt the idiot who came up with the plan.
Please find some qualified programmers and fire the idiots that you have now.

SPAM - STAY AWAY
I have no clue what this is but I somehow got signed up and started receiving spam emails from some guy named Lyle A. Bogorad with Chromatic Clouds, Inc. Stay away from this spam trap and don’t do business with Lyle.
Nice app on my phone but...
Great app I love using it on my iPhone but I want to use it on my iPad and stop using it on my phone. I have a work issued tablet but not phone and didn’t want to mix work on my phone. But on iPad it installs the iPhone version. Please make an iPad version for us!

Worse, the interface is confusing. I’m suppose to attendee an event today, that I’m trying to decline my RSVP. You’d think this event would be front and center in the app. After 5 minutes of clicking around, in just going to give up and email the organizer.

Misleading onboarding flow
Said I could see content immediately after downloading app, and instead forced me through a signup flow
Can’t login
I’ve downloaded the app and clicked verification link in email but still can’t login. Just seem to be in a loop.
