Many problems

So prior to whenever this current update came out, I had no issues with the app. Now there’s something going on every week it seems like. Really wish it would go back to the old system.

App has been great! I am able to manage my shifts sign up for shifts. I really like how there are suggestions for shortfalls in my area.

If ain’t broke… why fix it? 9/23/24 HORRIBLE APP

So on Friday 09/20/24 the App changed to this ugly HUGE FONT with large blue and orange mess! This is the worse. Unlike the previous app .. or pre update…nurses are unable to Filter their facilities . Many times when doing job search it gives you error message. Don’t even think about doing ANY filter. WHOMEVER DESIGNED this needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. Ive already had RN colleagues to go elsewhere to other nurse companies for per diem work. Ive called customer IT service at Favorite and even sent screen shots of the error message. If it wasn’t broke… why fix it!? The previous app on Thursday 9/19/24 was AWESOME! You could filter the facilities & it even kept the facilities you had previously worked . THIS IS HORRIBLE! Bring back the app from just 2 days ago! Nurses are do frustrated .

0/10 Do Not Recommend

There is absolutely no reason an employer should be hosting employee/consumer’s private medical records, tax documents and sensitive banking/financial institution information on third party servers/open source platforms. This is gross and unreasonably negligent abuse of consumer information.

I have used this for finding local jobs in the KC area. Easy to use. New updates have the app working wonderfully

Love this app

Very easy to navigate through the app and find available assignments. I like the improvements that have been made to make it user friendly. They’ve listened to previous reviews and developed an even better app. Great company!

Geez

This app is the absolute worst!!! You go to have your supervisor sign and there is always an issue. I’m so over it. I don’t have time to keep standing and waiting and logging in and out of the app or deleting the app and putting all my information back in when my shifts over I have to leave I have a child to pick up and get to school this is ridiculous get the app fixed!!! I give it zero stars!!

Poorly Constructed App

This app is poorly constructed. After working a 12 hour shift and get your shift sign out. The app will recalculate showing that you work less hours. Which affects your pay, and you have a difficult time getting the company to pay you despite getting shift verification for a manager. It is very frustrating.

Crashes and does not work

Most frustrating app I’ve ever encountered! Useless

App needs ton of improvements

I’ve had so many issues with this application since starting to work at Favorite. Favorite the company is pretty good and on top of things, but this app is a nightmare. Deletes my shifts that I’ve had my supervisors sign off on, loads today and doesn’t tomorrow. It’s a mess and really make getting hours approved a whole lot more of a hassle than it should ever be

App update

Crashed on 12/2/21 been uninstalling and reinstalling, annoying can’t look for shifts to work or view anything on app . Still not fixed 12/3/21 probably won’t be fixed until Monday 12/6/21

Terrible app and awful for employees

App is terrible, always crashing, always hard to submit a timecard. Sometimes takes you multiple attempts to submit and keeps you longer at the place you’re working, even after your shift in which you aren’t getting paid. Completely awful and still hasn’t gotten any better.

The app is horrible. The interface difficult to navigate at first. When the app works, it’s fine. When it doesnt, It constantly crashes. I’ve had to inconvenience others by standing around waiting for the app to reload in order to have a shift signed off. I’ve un/reinstalled numerous times to no avail.

Better than paper

I’ve used the app for about a year now and overall it seems pretty useful. Yes it does have its issues, but I can pickup shifts, create my schedule and sign time cards with just my phone. I don’t have to call the office and talk to anyone, which I like. Every once in awhile it crashes, but I just restart it and it’s good to go. 4/5!

Not user friendly

Application is to dark. Unable to upload credentials. Crashes often. Disappointed!

APP tutorial for Favorite.

The 16 page tutorial is loaded with spelling mistakes to the point that the tutorial doesn’t make any sense. With all the money that they are stealing from other agencies you’d think that would make a half way understandable tutorial. Omg.

The app don’t look the picture anymore and it’s all in black I can read half of it very disappointed in update it’s hard to fill out time card. Cant see it’s all black.

They changed the rules

I’ve worked with favorite before and because I haven’t used my license in yet last 6months because I started my own business I can’t work with them until I have at least 6months of work history and I’ve have my cna license since 2014 ?? I am confused but I don’t mind working somewhere else just a FYI for anyone that wants to work with them and they rarely have anything local everything is usually far out
