Waste of money
This company will send you pretty pictures and show you what a wonderful savings and convenience their virtual card is, but once they take your money, they will relegate you to and endless series of AI chat agents that won’t help, won’t get you the product promised, there is no phone number, and there is no one responsible who will do anything other than have you contend with their useless AI. Do not give these people any money.

Horrible don’t use
They use a bait and switch model to get you to sign up and then charge your account. Highly do not recommend
Terrible support and service
Can’t say enough bad things. Never worked right. There is a teaser intro and then wait till you see the next years charges for that card. No phone to call to cancel and try and work out a service issue. I can’t say more for fear of this being called a non legit review but seems about getting your credit card on file and calling this a service so they can charge you a very high year 2

App Is Useless
Does not let u update. Spend the extra few bucks on a Dot Card...im going to...high hopes but the thing is garbage.
Great
Love this app
It doesn’t work
The metal card looks fancy but I have now felt ridiculous on multiple occasions trying to get the tap feature to work and nothing happens. The QR code works, but, that technology is available much cheaper elsewhere.
Not to mention ordering was a headache. The design team wouldn’t answer my questions on the website where we were supposed to be discussing design options. Eventually I emailed directly and got my issue resolved, but, overall not worth it for a product that only sort of works sometimes.

QR Code WOW Factor
My business contacts are sooo impressed when I use Mobilo. I just let them pull out their phones and just like electron major my business card pops up on their phones.
It’s the little things…
So far, pretty good. But it would be nice if I had the ability to add a phone extension to my business number, or change the phone number according to various formats (555) 555-5555 vs 555.555.5555. Oh, and add punctuation and title to my name. Maybe I can, but it’s not obvious.
Hours of treasure hunting
I simply wanted to use different email addresses for my profile and billing. That began a treasure hunt that lasted several hours, required deleting the app multiple times and involved email and chats with techs who were generally unable to help. I was going to buy their card, but have concluded that I don’t have the anticipated requisite time to complete their process.

Metal card doesn’t work and they know it doesn’t
I bought a black metal card. It doesn’t really work so I reached out to support and they said that you have to find the sweet spot. It would be nice if they told me ahead of time that it doesn’t work very well. The button and keychain work great.
Lack of formatting
Cannot format any info. No punctuation in title, no dashes in phone number. Certainly does not look professional
Concerned
Just got 3 Mobilo cards for myself and team members. Been testing it all day (outside sales so I collect many business cards) and it’s not working nor is it scanning business cards. Sure, the QR code works but I could just show prospects my phone screen for that capability.
Great digital business card - bad card scanner
I love using this platform to replace my paper business cards, works excellently. It’s not very good at scanning the paper business cards I receive.
Fix the widget please
The app is good, but with the new update the widget is not working
Easy!
I have found it to be extremely easy to use. From the moment I downloaded the app and set up my account, I was able to quickly navigate its features and access the information I needed.
Bug
When you open a news product update and the you want to remove it using the menu from the three dots on right upper corner it’s not working.

Need’s improved
It is ok overall. It would be nice if I could zoom the map but there are no controls present on the app. At this point I prefer the desktop version to this.
A CRM in my pocket
The ability to track leads, follow up with them and monitor what i need to do is so valuable. Luckily, Mobilo’s new app always allows me to have my business card at my fingertips.
