اصلاح مشكله

السلام عليكم،

أنا من مستخدمي تطبيق موبي مال وأستخدم جهاز iPhone مع قارئ الشاشة VoiceOver، وأنا من المكفوفين.

لاحظت وجود مشكلة في تطبيق موبي مال على نظام iOS 26، حيث تظهر حقول إدخال البيانات مثل حقل رقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور، وتظهر لوحة المفاتيح بشكل طبيعي، ولكن لا يمكنني الكتابة داخل الحقول عند استخدام VoiceOver.

للتوضيح، نفس التطبيق يعمل بشكل طبيعي مع VoiceOver على جهاز آخر يعمل بنظام iOS 18، لذلك يبدو أن هناك مشكلة في توافق التطبيق مع VoiceOver على iOS 26.

نرجو من فريقكم الفني التحقق من المشكلة والعمل على تحسين توافق التطبيق مع VoiceOver، حتى يتمكن المكفوفون من استخدام الخدمات المصرفية بشكل مستقل وآمن.

عملية اخذ الصورة ماتشتغلش

التطبيق جيد الا حاجة وحدة سيئة جداً وهي اخذ الصورة لفتح حساب. على مدار ايام وكل مرة نقعد نص ساعة بيش ناخذ صورة وكل مرة يقولي خطأ. مع ان تبعنا كل التعليمات ولكن خدمة مزاط وما تخدمش
