It’s a NO GO for me.
I downloaded this app after doing some research on apps that Notaries can use to find general notary work & all I was able to do was sign up (I think), after that; it wouldn’t load anymore. I don’t know if this company is even still in service. I got no response when reaching out to them. Don’t waste your time because this app does not work.

Horrible service nobody answers so you can’t complete registration
Can’t get past the registration part keeps saying internal error and nobody will respond to my request. I’m disappointed because this is a black owned company and I have to write a negative review. The fact that nobody answers emails or even the social media is very concerning. If anyone who works for the company please respond to us we’re literally trying to help grow your business.

can’t even login
Multiple attempts at logging in and it keeps saying invalid email and password. I know it’s the correct email and I’ve reset the password multiple times. So far I’m extremely disappointed.

I’ve just downloaded this app and are excited to sign-up and begin to test everything out. After doing so, I will comeback and update my review…
I can’t complete my profile
I’ve gotten to the “identification verification” , which is the second to last bullet to complete the profile and every time I do… I’ll get an error message and the screen goes white. I then tried to move on to the last bullet for payment set up and it won’t send an authentication code….. I tried it 4 times already.
