App stopped working. Not possible to open the app and show ticket to the control…

Zakupimy bilet powinien być zawsze dostępny offline bo aktualnie nie mogę go pokazać kanarowi bo aplikacja wam się wysypała!!!
Unreliable
It will stop working in the middle of the day, which can end up either in fine or you standing in front of the subway with no way to enter. Obviously, being a government app, no one is responsible and there is no one to call.
Constantly logs out from app
App logs out user constantly. Imagine having ticket control, you open the app and find out that you’ve been logged out from it without any reason. Controllers do not care.

Niestety , ale brakuje dodania biletu do Apple wallet, co jest dla mine bardzo dużym minusem jak na dzisiejsze standardy i gdyby nie to , dałbym 5 gwiazdek.

Stopped working
Had for a few months. Bar code doesn’t always read at the metro. It suddenly just stopped working today and I have money on there till the end of July.
Application does not work
Application just suddenly stopped to work. Hands on login step. Ow I can’t use my 90days ticket and have to buy single tickets until someone will fix something there :(

I can't login despite trying out various available options - all lead to Error page in authentication process.

Nigdy nie działa login przez profil zaufany, login przez bankID wymaga robienia tego w kółko 3-4 razy.
Kto ogólnie postanowił że to jest super pomysł by sesja trwała kilka dni? Kupując bilet na miesiąc bądż trzy, się oczekuje że apka będzie otwierana 1-2 razy by pokazać kontrolerowi. Dlaczego w takie momenty trzeba próbować 10-15 min logować i błagać by nie dostać mandat..

No English - impressions to use
Must be crazy. How any tourist or anyone who visits the city for a business trip is supposed to use this? It’s a joke. Ridiculous and shame.
Application doesn’t work
I used this application for a year, and now I have a problem with it. I paid the ticket for the next 90 days, and the application stopped working. It appears only write screen when I’m trying to open it. Still, I need my paid ticket almost every day, so what should I do? Pay one more time for a paper ticket?
