Why am I still being charged
I canceled subscription in April and somehow I’m still getting charged. Can’t reach out to any one smh

Malgré la distinction entre mockup "gratuits" et premium, au final, sans payer, ne permet de sortir que des images avec watermark au travers de toute l'image. La qualité des mockup laisse aussi à désirer (ne prend pas en compte des petits plis sur les t-shirt, fines bordures fantômes sur le côté de l'image importée, quasi pas de déformation sur les étiquettes de bouteille....).

Appli bonne mais quelque problèmes (grave)
J’ai payé à l’année et je voulais mettre Sur ma tablette ( je l’avais acheté sur mon téléphone) mais ils n’ont pas pensé à faire de système de compte je n’ai aucun moyen de récupérer le « compte ou j’ai payé » et j’ai supprimé lappli a un moment en me disant que ça me servais plus sauf que si j’en ai rebesoin, il me reste 11 mois, je fais comment si lappli ne propose pas de récupérer le compte où j’ai payé?

There is no one out there helping us to show off our stickers. Laptops, tumblers, bumpers, skateboards, lockers- it could be great. But no one is doing this yet. Please consider adding this on the next update.

Complete customization
Absolutely love this app. It has made my life so much easier. Also I couldn't be happier that I can now make my own custom templates/mockups from whatever images I want and then customize to my liking. I've made more custom mock ups on here then the actual ones that are premade. Also being able to edit where I want my design placed within each mockup is also very helpful. Loving the new features too! Glad I got the VIP but even the free version gives you a ton of options. A must for doing mock ups on a ipad👍👍👍👍

Pacdora website is a real competitor for video mock-ups so improve on your game plan in creating 3d animated mock-up .T shirt is not all that we need go above t shirts move to products animation that’s where the serious customers are.

Didn’t take me long to cancel my subscription
The first thing I did was put a design on a product and the perspective was completely off. It didn’t look right and there was this weird white birder around it. Than I did a tshirt and the design had no background (transparent png) and there was this brighter square behind the image.
Just to be sure it wasn’t my image, I used one of theirs and the same. Poor quality and not a lot to choose from.

Buyer beware.
You will not get any value. These other reviews made me excited to purchase. WRONG ANSWER. lies, fairy tales, falsehoods, stories. Counterfeit. Didn’t work. Would not refund. Dreadful experience and is a gimmick. Contacted help desk. No reply. Do not frustrate yourself here friends. Keep moving.
Image size
Not been able to use to date! Images come in too big and cutting off most of the image. Resizing it doesn’t change anything and I can’t find any help topics on this issue. It’s been worthless since day 1.
Refund
My daughter downloaded this app some how some way she did a yearly thing for 19.99 icancelled the app and my card was charged apple say I can’t get a refund this is crazy she never used the app
Back of Tshirt template
I am really enjoying this app. The one thing that’s bothering me is the fact that I cannot figure out how to add details to the back of the Tshirt templates. Support can you tell me if it is possible to do so?
