Lacking customer service
My husband bought me a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I tried them on around my house, decided they were not comfortable, and put them right back in the box to return. Well my return was rejected bc there were a few specks of dirt in the bottom of the shoes (I’m talking teeny tiny and could definitely have been brushed off). They said the shoes were not re-sellable. I 100% disagree and explained that I had only tried them on in my house. They only offered to ship them back to me for an additional cost! Was I not supposed to try them on?! Now I’m out $47 for the shoes and they want another $6 to send them back to me! Ive been a loyal customer up to this point and have shopped with them several times but no longer. They actually just stopped responding to my emails entirely. I feel so disrespected as a customer. Really, really poor business.

Keeps crashing lost all items in cart
Had 19 turns in cart, spent an hour going through entire website. Took a photo of my cat, changed back to the screen and it only saved three items which makes no sense as I viewed the cart several times while shopping. What a huge waste of time.
