No iPhone wallet option
This might be useful if there was an option to “add to iPhone wallet”, but as it is, it seems like it’s just a place to store a photo of the insurance card. It would be more helpful if it allowed users to store their card where they store all the rest of their cards on the iPhone.

Logging In
Wants me to login, but I need to create an account. How do I create an account? There’s no option to create an account.
PIN?
The app asks for a PIN but they never gave you one in the first place. Secondly there is no way to ask for a PIN, not even a “Forgot PIN” option. Zero stars.
Virtual card only
All this app does is show your card after you enter your info off the card itself. I thought it would provide some other functions…

Worthless
This app only shows ID cards only. I thought it would show EOB. Not helpful at all.
Can't login or speak to a person to fix
I have never been able to login to the app. I've tried to call customer service to see what to do and I have never gotten a callback.
The website works OK and at one point I was able to talk to a person about a claim Issue, but can't seem to get a hold of a human lately.

Pointless
This app doesn’t do anything. It’s just a picture of your id card. It would be more beneficial for Moda to make id cards available on the Apple wallet.

I like it. This way I know my card is up to date.
Just enter login credentials off your card, including 4 number PIN Code on back of primary account-holder’s card. Toggle green to “Save login info.”
After that when, you open the app on your phone, just tap “Login” bar to view front of card. Swipe left to see back of card. Has both my card and my partner’s since we’re both covered by Moda through my employer.
I usually do carry my card as well; but partner calls me occasionally when she can’t find her card at the doctor’s. She thinks I’m smart sometimes😄

Moda, I hope you go out of business
This app doesn’t work, can’t login 90% of the time. It’s literally just an app for your id cards…. Why not just take a picture of your cards?! This app has not EOBs and doesn’t even show my dents card!!!
The website has errors and bugs and NEVER works properly.

Not great functionality
Please add the option to add card to Apple wallet. In general, this app is terrible. I pay $800 a month for insurance. Maybe invest some of your profits in a modern app?
A Bad Omen
This is the first communication I get from my new healthcare provider, and they think it’s totally reasonably to download and use an app that does NOTHING??? Really bad sign… 🙁

Pointless. It’s just your card and 90% of the time you can’t even log in. Would be great if you could see your benefits etc ….. I deleted the app
Worked for years; until it didn’t
This app was great for looking up real time account details. However, it has not worked for me since 2022. I wish it could be enhanced to work again.

Is it because I live in a rural community? I don’t understand why we are not as important as a larger community. Technology today should be able to manage this situation. I’m pretty disappointed that Moda has not been able to make this happen for everyone on its plan.
Worthless - take a picture
This app makes no sense. If you have a smartphone why wouldn't you just take a picture of your insurance card rather than go through this app just to see your card. Should be able to see EOB and other info. Useless app. Cannot even login anymore.

Not only does the developer not provide any of the data and privacy usage data, this app is clearly just a webview wrapped in a little bit of native.
It looks like it hasn’t been updated since iPhone 4 days.
