Moglix selling spurious items.
I have ordered “DAMOR” Brand 1.5 HP stainless Steel Heavy Duty sewage pump. But a spurious product of brand name “VENICE” has been delivered , which is not working properly and water pressure is not upto mark. Though a bill mentioning Damor brand was sent to me but delivered product is different. I have also shared photos of product and also photo and video of delivery man delivering wrong product has also been shared.
I have also not received any guarantee/warrantee card mentioning details of the product. You are once again requested to please replace the pump with the brand and specifications i have ordered.
I am pursuing this matter since the day when the wrong product was delivered to me.
