The App Has issues
This app is full of bugs and has issues. The priority pass, thats included in the app does not work. I contacted everyone I could at the casino, including emailing every department that I could get a hold of to try and resolve this problem. No one has been able to help. They keep telling me they know they’re have problems with it and that there’s a fix coming. It’s been over two months now and still no fix. I’ve uninstall the app and reinstall the app well over 20 times and it did not help. Very disappointed with the app and the lack of knowledge from anyone at the casino in resolving the issue. I’m a Disappointed Mohegan Sun player.

What happened
The app hasn’t worked right in weeks. It will no longer log you in to the website to view promos and play+ etc. Considering it’s all I used to app for it is now useless to me.
Expensive to buy chips and not get anything in return.
You pay real money to buy chips for a chance to win what? Since there is no way of winning real money, then how about crediting the amount of real money spent buying chips dollar for dollar in momentum dollars. So if I spend $20 real dollars buying chips, Mohegan Sun adds $20 to my momentum rewards. It’s like I’m giving you an interest free loan, and probably the only way I’d ever considering paying real money to buy chips since I can’t win any real money.

Lasted version is not user friendly
Log in changes have created undesirable difficulties using the app.
Not sure why there is a need for such security for an app that only shows current account data. I used to use the app on the casino floor track point earnings but that has become painfully difficult…. my opinion, PIN number was enough with no need for a complex password entry.

Game erases all of your progress after a few weeks
If you want to level up quick and then have it all be lost this is the game for you! If there was a way to get the progress they delete on you back that would be great
