Hollywood is Sad
I have played on many gaming sites but never have I experienced the worst online cheating in your face until now. I’ve been playing Hollywood online for over 2 years and I’ve experienced many things with them that was unethical but I love their games. I rarely played live blackjack but I have been forced to because first person blackjack no longer loads for me to play even though I’ve done all the technical things possible for it to work. My friends and family play it fine but they blocked me. I want to close my account with Hollywood but then that takes my fun away. I believe they should be accountable for stealing peoples money right in their face and making sure they don’t win from games of their choice. It’s just sad

Poor connectivity
I signed up to play on line slots and have experienced problems with the games loading. I did successfully access one slot machine but when I went to try other games I kept getting error messages saying try an other server. I only have access to one server and it handles other video games and even Penn Nationals social non real money games with no problem. So I feel the defect is somewhere in the downloaded app. Until this is updated I most likely will not play this site.

Most games fail to open
Not sure what has been happening lately with the app but 8 out of 10 games gives a red page stating the game is currently having trouble and cannot open page. Last evening I bet I tried at least 15 games and could only play 3. Has been happening for over a week. Sometimes a game will then freeze and knock me out…even when on the middle of a bonus round. So disappointing and frustrating. Maybe it’s a good thing and will keep me from spending my money.

Horrible customer service
Gaming online at Hollywood Casino is easy and fun. However when it comes to winning and actually accessing your winnings you have to verify your information like 1,000 times. Even if you already won before they make you jump through so many hoops. Also you have to chase down your promotions. I have seen promotions for games they don’t even have available to play and when questioned they just ignore it. Trying to live chat, if they don’t want to deal with your questions they just end the chat and blame it on connection, even though you have been gaming for an hour with no connection issues. DraftKings and FanDuel are still the only two online gambling sites that have fun gaming and great customer services.

Terrible service
This casino was great about a year ago. The staff was friendly and quick to address any issues. Now, they constantly reject my withdraws without giving me a reason, I’m told it’s a system error or they don’t know the reason. Then I am told someone will follow up with me by email but no one follows up. Draft kings and fan duel (even rivers) are far superior. Don’t waste your time unless you want to have your money tied up with no explanation of why you can’t get to it.
