Hollywood is Sad
I have played on many gaming sites but never have I experienced the worst online cheating in your face until now. I’ve been playing Hollywood online for over 2 years and I’ve experienced many things with them that was unethical but I love their games. I rarely played live blackjack but I have been forced to because first person blackjack no longer loads for me to play even though I’ve done all the technical things possible for it to work. My friends and family play it fine but they blocked me. I want to close my account with Hollywood but then that takes my fun away. I believe they should be accountable for stealing peoples money right in their face and making sure they don’t win from games of their choice. It’s just sad

Poor connectivity
I signed up to play on line slots and have experienced problems with the games loading. I did successfully access one slot machine but when I went to try other games I kept getting error messages saying try an other server. I only have access to one server and it handles other video games and even Penn Nationals social non real money games with no problem. So I feel the defect is somewhere in the downloaded app. Until this is updated I most likely will not play this site.

Most games fail to open
Not sure what has been happening lately with the app but 8 out of 10 games gives a red page stating the game is currently having trouble and cannot open page. Last evening I bet I tried at least 15 games and could only play 3. Has been happening for over a week. Sometimes a game will then freeze and knock me out…even when on the middle of a bonus round. So disappointing and frustrating. Maybe it’s a good thing and will keep me from spending my money.

Horrible customer service
Gaming online at Hollywood Casino is easy and fun. However when it comes to winning and actually accessing your winnings you have to verify your information like 1,000 times. Even if you already won before they make you jump through so many hoops. Also you have to chase down your promotions. I have seen promotions for games they don’t even have available to play and when questioned they just ignore it. Trying to live chat, if they don’t want to deal with your questions they just end the chat and blame it on connection, even though you have been gaming for an hour with no connection issues. DraftKings and FanDuel are still the only two online gambling sites that have fun gaming and great customer services.

Terrible service
This casino was great about a year ago. The staff was friendly and quick to address any issues. Now, they constantly reject my withdraws without giving me a reason, I’m told it’s a system error or they don’t know the reason. Then I am told someone will follow up with me by email but no one follows up. Draft kings and fan duel (even rivers) are far superior. Don’t waste your time unless you want to have your money tied up with no explanation of why you can’t get to it.

Terrible withdrawal process
If your looking for a casino to deposit and hopefully withdrawal some winnings , THIS APP IS NOT IT. The chat support is literally no help, on top of that they make it so complicated to withdrawal your winnings your better off putting your money else where. They take no fraudulent measures when your making deposits but when it’s time to withdrawal here come all the “fraudulent measures” they wanna take in order to receive your withdrawal. I’m currently still waiting for my withdrawal after verifying my debit card. Never again will I spend money on this app and I’ll be sure to spread the word of how terrible this app is when it comes to withdrawals.

Incompetent
I have uploaded my documents a DOZEN times and used their chat line countless times to get verified. I have received no less than FOUR (probably much more) stating they were reviewing my documents which include SS card valid driver’s license with current name and address marriage certificate and even my birth certificate and I have NEVER received a follow up email once they promised to promptly get back to me! What utter incompetence! I play at the real casino several times a week and this has been going on since the very first start up of this app! If you have problems from the beginning… DON’T BOTHER trying to get them straight, you’ll never get ANYONE to do ANYTHING from this organization!

Worst Casino App
I am an avid online gambler. I decided to try this app out because of the 100% deposit bonus for your first two deposits. They don’t clearly explain before hand that you need to play through ten times your deposit before even getting your match. This is not even close to their competitor apps that give you the bonus right away. I deposited $100 and didn’t find out until after that I needed to play $1000 to even get the bonus. I would’ve deposited much less had this been clearly explained from the beginning. Also, the win ration must be set much lower on this app. I’ve played all these slots on other apps and won much more. I blew through my $100 with no bonus games and not even any substantial wins. I spun the one slot close to 100 times with no bonuses. Don’t waste your time. The app crashes all the time as well.

Easy to win! Extremely hard to cash out!
Like I said. You actually do win and they take your money with NO problems. Withdrawing your winnings is where the issues come. They do EVERYTHING in their power to make you gamble that money back out again. You can try to contact them but they give you the run around as much as they can until you get real help. Even go as far as giving you fake customer service numbers.

Great Online Casino
Hollywood Casino Online has come a long way since I first started with them. My only complaint I had was when I first started it took awhile to get withdrawals approved. That is not the case anymore as they are much faster payouts. They are in my top 3 of online gaming sites and I have one at pretty much every site available in PA. When I have needed customer service they have been right on top of my issue and fixed it quickly. Thank you for make this last year of not being able to go to physical casino at times more enjoyable!

I really won!
The site has some good games. I have won a few times and the payout is a pretty easy after your initial win if you are depositing with their play+ card. I think the bonus cash program is a little lackluster as you only really get free play when you add money to your account. It would also be nice if you received a bonus for being loyal to them both in person and online. They could also improve the customer service - as it is not possible to talk to a live person, only to chat.

Great site to gamble.
I started online gambling when it first started and Hollywood has come a long way. The app and site had initial issues but so far it seems like they have been smoothed out. The only thing I would like to see better is more games on the app itself compared to the website and more daily bonus promos compared to other gambling sites. Hollywood is still probably top 2 or 3 that I use all of the time.

Great way to have some fun and MAYBE win some $
Overall, this is a great app that is fairly easy to use. It is straight forward in regards to how to deposit and they send a check if you cash out/withdrawl. It takes about 7-10 days usually for it to arrive. The variety of games could be a little bit better as I have seen a couple other casino apps with 5-10 more slots.

This App is a waste of money for me since there are barely any games available to play. I receive a message there is a bad connection when trying to download the individual slots. Don’t know if there are limited games for IOS or there really is something wrong.
Also, it doesn’t take long to go through your money because there are very limited wins and at low amounts if you are lucky to win.

I am impressed on how many casino apps there are out now with everything going on. It’s great we don’t have to leave the comfort of our own home. I received a $50 bonus credit and don’t forget to take advantage of their price match deposit after your second deposit. There was times where it glitches out or says this game isn’t available in the middle of play but it wasn’t anything to make a big deal over.
