Had make a deposit get 500 spins. Well did that after it didn’t work and then allll the way at the bottom in fine print it says deposit this much so I tried to correct it and then reached out. Customer service is useless as well as this casino app. Never once had any problems on any other casino apps after having to go back and forth to get my account verified over 2 day period. I honestly want to tell you that this online casino is one of the worst. First off is the false promotions they had like the deposit match offers they have. It is such a lie that I have not receive a couple of times that I had made a deposit transactions that I did not receive the bonus offer smh. I truly don’t understand this company’s business model. If you only allow your clientele to win, say between 7 to 14 blackjack hands out of every 100 dealt by an automated dealer, then how long before the hapless disgruntled player leaves for good?
