I bought the application in aplle store and is not working, how to solve this

Quando coloquei valores de flexões negativas e tensões de cisalhamento positivas como por exemplo sigma = -0,1 MPa e tal = 0,1 MPa o programa fecha e não abre mais, só abre se reinstalá-lo.
