This app stupidly restricted payment using digital Visa card, such as from FAB or tabby…etc except through Apple Pay.

Payment Problems
Every time I try to pay, it fails, and I tried 3 different types of cards. Then, I drove all the way inside Tasjeel to pay in person and thry charge an extra 320 AED to pay cash in person! What a scam.
Disappointing app
Very badly designed and function poorly! All I want is to pay the fines. How difficult is it? I know I can’t fight the fines as there is no such option but even paying is not easy.

Extremely bad experience
I’m trying to renew my drivers license for weeks now. Chat is helpless. They finish chatting as you typing or as they want. Never got any help.

I was told to file police report for investigation on this app. I filed the report 5 days ago and no one has contacted me. This app doesn’t work.
Disappointing app
How did this app get 4.7 stars? It’s very disappointing app with slow and full of errors ! I am yet to find one app that works to pay my traffic fines in Abu Dhabi…
