S'il s'agit d'une limite temporaire imposée par notre système de sécurité (et non d'un bagnissement), cette restriction se réinitialisera automatiquement. Vous devriez pouvoir vous inscrire normalement après un délai de 3 jours, en utilisant une connexion réseau stable. Pour faciliter la génération de votre UUID ou réinitialiser l'application, nous vous conseillons de désinstaller complètement Moji, de la réinstaller, et d'éviter d'utiliser des applications de clonage qui masquent les identifiants de l'appareil. Si le problème persiste après 3 jours, veuillez nous envoyer une capture d'écran du message d'erreur affichant votre UUID à support@moji.cool afin que notre équipe technique puisse effectuer une vérification manuelle. To help our technical team investigate and solve this, please reply to our support team at support@moji.cool with your phone's exact manufacturer and model name, your oAuth ID (found in Profile ➔ Settings ➔ Account), and a short screen recording of the ad button error. In the meantime, we suggest completely deleting Moji from your phone, downloading the latest version from the App Store, and reinstalling it, as this often clears cached glitches. Suspensions are usually triggered automatically by our security filters when an account receives reports from other users. To manually activate your Moji Plus and make sure you get the period you paid for, please send your oAuth ID (found in: Profile ➔ Settings ➔ Account) and a screenshot of your official Apple App Store receipt to support@moji.cool. As for the notification sound on your iPhone 15 Pro, please make sure that 'Sounds' is enabled under iPhone [Settings] ➔ [Moji] ➔ [Notifications]. Once we receive your oAuth ID, we will also check if there is any sync issue on our server. We appreciate your patience, and we will do our best to resolve both issues as quickly as possible. Applekissu, we hear your frustration loud and clear. Dealing with a malicious false reporting attack is incredibly stressful. To maintain a safe environment, Moji's security system automatically restricts accounts when a high volume of reports accumulates quickly. Unfortunately, it seems a user tried to abuse this system out of spite because you rejected him. We want to investigate this immediately and set things right. Please send a screenshot of your ban screen (clearly showing the UUID) to support@moji.cool. Our team will manually review your chat logs and the report history. If this is indeed a targeted false report, we will lift your ban and take strict disciplinary action against the user abusing the report button. We are on your side. Once we resolve this for you, we hope you’ll reconsider your rating to 5 stars to support our moderation team.
