SO GLITCHY.
Just bought this to help promote my business through reels. It is SO glitchy. Pictures not appearing when they should, previews not playing properly, reel length refusing to shorten even though the last 20 seconds is completely empty. I have spent a long time trying to do one reel, and the options are basic, picture editing tools are basic. From what I can see on the premium version it's not great, and considering the app doesn't even work as it should I'm not going to risk wasting my money. Will use another app.

Ok but …
App is improving and content is refreshed… recently they removed content that had nice AI features … not it’s gone and the want to start charging MORE for AI … was a big fan now just a user and feeling like transactions are taking over transformations music synch is subpar to the other more dynamic applications

I like the app. I do wish they had fewer commercial, business templates, and offered more for personal use, like for birthdays and special occasions. At first I had a glitch where my 50 AI credits weren’t replenishing with my membership, but after chatting with tech support they fixed that.

Does not look like me
I’m glad there was a free trial. The rendered videos do not look like me at all, so what’s the point! I tried lots of different photos, changed the prompts non of it worked unfortunately

Credits not replenishing!
I like the app. I do wish they had fewer commercial, business templates and offered some for personal use, like for birthdays and special occasions. My biggest complaint is, I paid for an annual AI subscription, and my credits have not replenished, even after the one month anniversary from signing up. On May 27 I subscribed, and now it’s July 5 and I’ve not been reset to 50 credits. I tried going into settings and hitting “restore purchases”, and I tried logging out and back in. Support page wasn’t helpful.

Most arrogant support
They have created, they have lost control over their app, developing there is a bug which is out of their control, ruining the app. I tried helping them in every way. They asked me.. instead of solving problem, they keep irritating you and let you work on the app fix. The point is they have lost control over the app.. I suggest everybody do not buy this app. Any subscription. Their AI subscription is also not good. Doesn’t follow the prompt.. don’t waste your money

My Go To Photo App
Easy and great quality
Great for Short Projects
I really like Mojo and have used it for a handful of projects. I usually use it as a video editor to combine shorter videos into a longer one and trim out content. It’s been easy to use and understand. HOWEVER, it has not been good for longer form videos. When I’ve tried projects 30m to an hour+ it often gets glitchy, sometimes crashes, and is very slow to initially upload and save as well as make tweaks like pinching the timeline to try to make the video ribbon more compact or spread out. I am needing to find a different app for longer video edits that I plan to post on YouTube, because I’ve spend over an hour working on starting a project. I was able to finally import the media I wanted and make some minor tweaks in the beginning but it got glitchy during editing and saving (freezing, acting like I pushed a button I didn’t, slow response time, etc.). I’m going to have to close and discard that particular project. Hopefully they can make the app run more efficiently and smoothly soon!

What happened?
All of my portrait 9:16 videos are showing up sideways. When I check the crop they look correct. Every template is now doing this. Is it because of the new update? I downloaded and used this for the first time yesterday and it worked great. Now nothing is working right.

This app is so good and I’m struggling to find a replacement that does the things I does.
Some of these things can be improved but having auto captions, a brand kit and a pretty decent video editor puts this app above most but it’s SO BUGGY!
I come back hoping things are perfect but they never are.
• Random crashes
• Disappearing elements
I accidentally paid for pro then purposefully paid for the ai upgrade.
Pro is great but the ai is a waste of time.
My review is a bit all over the place but the app is infuriating.
The subscription is about to end and I’m battling with myself.
Please fix this app.

It’s a good app takes some getting used to but there is so much you can do. If there could be an AI build from scratch option not just targeting products that would be awesome.

Stupid App
Only useful for vertical pictures beyond limited and overall the templates are a pain to align with regular pictures.

I decided to give it a try and pay weekly to remove the watermark for the one video I had made, only to prompt me to buy credits afterwards!! I would like a refund 😑. There should be a fine print
